IZUZETAN HOTEL I BORAVAK ZA PAMĆENJE

Sjajno osoblje , izuzetna Lokacija , VRHINSKI DORUČAK , Veoma lep spoljni bazen sa , takođe , veoma ljubaznim osobljem ... Savrsena Soba sa fenomenalnim pogledom . Izuzetno čista , svakodnevno čišćena ! Blizina Metroa , kao i uvek dostupan Taksi ispred hotela ...

Bez obzira na to sto je JWM Luksuzan Hotel , mislim da se malo preteralo sa cenom . Opet , mogu reci da svakako vredi svih placenih novaca.

Comfortable, luxury hotel

The room was very comfortable and met our needs for space and a walk-in shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has all the amenities for a luxury hotel.

The pricing was quite expensive but in-line with prices in Dubai based on the quality level of the hotel. It is not convenient to walk to any stores outside the hotel property.

The location is good

I had an electricity problem in my room and the response was very slow despite my multiple calls . I had then to go down and meet the property manager . They realized the problem and decided to move me to another room . This was so inconvenient experience

Expensive, crowded and not very relaxing!

Room and view were great! Staff were good and efficient

Check in process took longer than passing immigration at some terrible country! Breakfast was like a refugee camp, queuing to get in and walking for miles to get to the food.

Worst Stay

Only the location and its opposite to my office.

After First night I informed about air condition, that the room AC is not at all working properly due to that room temperature is not appropriate and we were feeling hot, your maintenance team came and checked and gave us Coller fan in the room.. this was not acceptable, when I am paying for a Suite room you should give us the services as per that, when I asked to upgrade you asked for money which I paid as per your offered rate. 25 Aug was my check out, my flight was at 12 Noon but I missed it due to your irresponsible team at Front Desk, my driver ( Suman) went and asking at the front desk to call and wake them up because I had flight to catch, my driver went at front desk at 9 Am to between 9:30 but your staff didn’t helped him. However this was my last time that I started and my company will also never book with you, I paid 1000AED per night for room which didn’t had AC working and I missed my flight worth of 2500 AED.

Overall it’s good.

I like Mr. Jonti the breakfast staff fr india. He is not only helpful but also excellent service mind.

The house keeper entered into my room while I was sleeping and asking me when I need the room cleaning. It’s very strange !!!!!! This is my first experience of the five stars hotel taught the staff like this.

They say they were doing a system upgrade at 4;00 pm on a Friday, which is a labour day. Due to that excuse they were not able to produce a simple bill.

staff are so friendly checked in with Abishek he was very polite and got us our room early. We paid to upgrade to Ocean view. This room was definitely worth it, the view of dubai in the morning and other sky scrapers to the side was amazing. Unfortunately if you want to see the Burj Khalifa you have to stick your head really close to the corner of the window, but its still possible. Lovely man called Gopi was there to help us take our luggage up, we often saw him downstairs and he would say hello. ALL STAFF here are equally kind, respectful and have the best hospitality skills. The cleaner was excellent always found the room clean and organised, he would even fold our clothes up. Just make sure you ask how the room service bell and do not disturb bell works because we kept pressing room service thinking it meant we are in the room. But that confusion was resolved when the housekeeping manager explained how the bell works. Its hard to find taxis at busy times of the day in Dubai but with this hotel it was the easiest ive experienced. They have a whole team outside calling taxis for their guests. Overall, everything was great, the room looked exactly like in the picture. I would definitely stay here again.

La colazione mi ha deluso, i dolci non erano di qualità, cornetti e pain au chocolat industriali, freddi e non fragranti come in altri hotel nel mondo. I salumi non erano all'altezza del livello alberghiero, non ho trovato in 5 giorni un vassoio di prosciutto cotto con cui fare un toast. La frutta invece sempre fresca, abbondante e varia. Anche i cuscini del letto troppo morbidi, per dormire ne abbiamo messi 3

Overall, this place is amazing and I would stay here again!

The property is downtown. You can actually walk to Mall of Dubai in about 20 minutes if you wanted to and see some other shops along the way. It’s very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff is great and it’s easy to get a taxi, Uber, or careem. There are many restaurants available at this location as well. The view from my room was amazing.

Housekeeping leaves a card on your bed to breakfast brought to your room in the morning. The first time filled it out wrong, fine my fault but the second I filled it out right placed it outside my door before 12am like it said and I never got it, twice.

とても良い部屋でした

通常の部屋で２泊とスイートを１泊で予約していましたが、受付時に全泊スイートを提案してもらいました。スイートの部屋は広くて快適でした。ブルジュハリファなどの観光名所へのアクセスも良く、とても良い滞在でした。

特によくなかった点はありませんでしたが、プールサイドのバーに夜９時ごろに行くとクローズで、少し残念でした。

Nice staff, but the hotel struggles to cope with its own size

Without fail, all staff were extremely polite and professional. The room was spacious.

The hotel is just too big. It cannot cope with demand peaks. It is inexcusable that we had to wait six hours for our luggage to be transferred from the check-in to our room. We were told on two occasions that the luggage was in the room. In the end, we had to retrieve it ourselves from the Bell Captain's storage room. To his credit, he did arrange for my wife and I to have a meal. But that does not detract from the fact that the problem occurred. Also, the 'Kitchen 6' restaurant seems to be permanently on the edge of chaos. My wife and I were directed to another restaurant for more than half of our stay. That was a good solution, but on those occasions when we took breakfast in the Kitchen 6, the experience was stressful and not at all good value for money. Finally, we were staying at the hotel as part of a seminar. There were too many issues with the set-up of the meeting room, which created frustration for the organisers. I am sorry for the negative comments, as the staff were most courteous and do not deserve criticism. However, the hotel is clearly struggling in some areas.

Amei da grandeza do 🏨 hotel, serviço e qualidade em tudo. Tive uma ótima experiência inesquecível e fiquei bem satisfeita e surpresa. Fiz SpA onde também me surpreendeu tudo e especificaste a massagem da Lideno, uma ótima profissional. Nota 10 para comida e limpeza , e amei o aroma do hotel que faz toda diferença… Recomendo com os olhos 👀 fechados!
