Comfortable option for Dubbo

Comfortable bed and with two comfy chairs - always welcome after a day on the road.

If you want a hot shower & to get sleep, probably don’t stay here.

The price for 2 nights, although the room reflected that.

The room was clean. The pipes in the shower made a loud noise, unless you had the pressure & heat very low. The shower also dripped all night. Very thin walls as we could hear the person in the next room snoring all night. The second morning, the cleaning lady knocked & opened the door without waiting for an answer at 9am while my partner & I were still in bed.

All in all very good and will stay there again.

Generally very good

Shower washers needed replacing. I reported it but nothing happened. I suppose because it was a weekend. Couldn't turn the shower off properly and eventually water leaked over the bathroom floor

Wouldn’t stay here again due to the cleanliness and major repairs that need attention

Beds were comfortable and air conditioning cold, nice staff

Dirty bin in toilet not changed with used pads left in there, shower leaked all over bathroom floor, no hot water to shower but hot water to basin

Exceptional

Had to plug kettle in, in toilet area. ???? Which 1 switch is broken. Not very convenient. Toaster was plugged into plug and placed on the only bench available, lead only just long enough. No room to fit both. Card details were handed over at booking. Message stated, payment on arrival (my choice). I WANTED TO PAY CASH. Card charged before arrival. WTF. ????????

Awesome

It was awesome. Toilet was clean and bed was comfortable.

No wifi and no welcome message that I requested. Also, its a bit dark in the room.

The shower leaked all night. you could not stop the dripping. There was mould in the shower alcove. The floor was uneven & slipped towards the window & mad you feel ‘at sea’. We were given room 62 upstairs out the front. We got to listen to the trucks passing all night. Television reception very limited. No book in room about facilities. Obviously this was a last minute booking for us & definitely not a quality one.

The motel was located adjacent to the golf club. The room was clean and comfortable. The property had a tennis court and good swimming pool area.

The room was big enough. The east view over tennis court and position of room was good. Great balcony with view to tennis court. There were enough power points and device points for our electronic devices. Dinner restaurant only. Close to other restaurants. Next door to golf club. Close to the Zoo, almost walking distance, if you were keen for the extra exercise.

No breakfast option, that we could tell! The tiles were cracked and flooring in the bathroom uneven. The bathroom sink tap was not fitted properly. The toilet was too close to the wall. The soap dispenser for hand and body soaps were filled, however, the hair shampoo and especially hair conditioner were not filled with enough product. Had to ask for more, and only half a teaspoon of conditioner was available. Bedside lighting was too soft to read in bed, on one side of bed, other side had an over the shoulder chair light. TV was maybe sun damaged, but didn't

was dirty, smelt very bad in some spots, some facilities in the room were limited and broken

Very good

The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy. The location was in good proximity to the Touch fields and clubs. The pool area was inviting.

I missed not having a freezer compartment to the Bar fridge as I needed ice for my daughter's drink bottles for State Cup Touch and also to ice her shin splints. The layout of the small area for toaster and kettle next to the door wasn't ideal. I expected to have more cutlery and plates available for our toast i.e. not a single knife.

Room was good but you need another chair in the room . Food was good . Bed excellent.

Overall, we would stay here again, but I think some things need to be attended to/attention needed

We stay here often, and it is usually good value for money, the room is always clean and neat as usual. We also used the pool for the first time and that was great :) .

I do feel like some things were not the same. We used the tennis court for the first time- it had weeds and plants in a lot of places and sticks etc- plus trees coming over the court- not very safe if you are running around. The lamp on the other side of the bed did not work.
