Awesome, comfy, spacious, clean.

Always love staying here tidy, clean, comfy. And as always a friendly welcome. Not our first family visit here, and we will continue to book. You wont be disappointed

Prompt action by ONE staff member

Welcome. This was the 3rd time we had stayed here. The room was grubby. A window was cracked. The coffee table was broken. A plug in the kitchen didn't work. The shower had a crack in the base and was grubby. On our 2nd night there we decided to cook our own meal - the one pot had a badly scratched coating which was rusty. I had had enough by then and took the pot to reception Thankfully the woman on duty was friendly and helpful and provided us with a new pot.

Beds were comfortable and had great sleep and the room was homely and nice and peaceful away from busy roads could not hear any traffic or anything it was lovely

My 4th/5th stay here I really like how quiet it is despite being in a busy city.

Nice and quiet away from the road,the room was nice had everything I needed,,good size TV but unuseable without a chromecast.Off street parking is really good to.

Noticed some areas that required maintenance nothing that affected my stay though.

Rocky start

It was really easy to check in and check out, book a lunch at the restaurant,... Overall our stay was great despite a rocky start

Well rocky start indeed, from our room we could hear some noise, ventilation, washing machine maybe. Nothing crazy but a background noise that you don't want when on a weekend away. It got way worse overnight and early the next morning which led us to think it was a washing machine coming from next door. After looking around the laundry room is right on the other side. After one night without any sleep, we talked to the person at the front desk and they sent someone to "inspect" the noise of course when the spinning is finished and show us that there are no washing machines in the laundry room, indeed it's just a closet. They say they don't know where the noise is coming from etc. That's where I'm really unhappy, they apologized but they never acknowledged that there was indeed a noise. You are not gonna tell me that nobody realised it before us? Turns out the washing machines are right upstairs! They changed our room and from there our stay was good. But i wish they would have simply acknowledged it from the start and changed our room straight away. We inform them about the noise at 8am and changed room at 2pm when we had to go to a wedding 🤦🏻‍♀️ I would still recommend this hotel just not the room 220.

Great location, comfortable stay and value for money.

The size of the room is spacious, and beds are very comfortable. The car parking is close to the room and easy for us to move in & move out the luggages.

Very helpful even when got there late they made sure we got access to our room. Location was good not too busy but yet close too palms mall.

Beds are very uncomfortable, felt like you are going to fall off because of sides giving way.

do not recommend for staying more than one night

good size and plenty of parking

we got a disabled unit that didn’t have shower curtain for the wet area shower and the drainage was bad, so after shower the whole bathroom got wet and flooded. no sink or wash detergent in the kitchen, the room wasn’t serviced daily and we stayed for a couple of nights. it was gross to wash cups and etc in the bathroom. definitely not idea for staying more than one night!!!!
