Recomendo. Apesar da excessiva falta de atendiento humano - vi outra hóspede em pânico mesmo motivo

Colchão deformado. Fechei o quarto por acidente com o telemóvel dentro. Fiquei angustiado até conseguir acesso novamente, gastei cerca de duas horas sem qualquer contato humano... descobri por acaso que que havia um pim eletrônico com a chave da portaria. O único contato humano foi com a fachineira que fez serviço impecável.

Es todo on line, lo tienes que hacer a través de su página o un teléfono que te dan, no hay recepcion, por lo que a las 6 de la mañana aprox llegaron otros huéspedes que no paraban de chillar y gritar

Great location - problematic check-in, too hot / street noise

Very central location.

Online check in process was very long, non-user-friendly and , finally, a failure , and likely to be a failure for others, , because the message said "you will receive an email with your one-time door code", but the email didn't arrive until ~10 hours later.. After waiting 15 minutes I whatsapped the office, ( note: this was not an offered service from them. The instructions were to either phone a number or walk 10 minutes to their office, in a nearby hotel. I was not inclined to having to do either of those options...). They whatsapped me the necessary code within 5 minutes. The EMAIL finally arrived about 12 hours later... This is not an experience any traveller wants to go through at the end of an arduous journey. It was like an "escape room" in reverse... The shared bathroom - shower door didn't close properly, so bathroom floor wet.

Pleasant

The location. It was clean. Good value for the services and location.

Difficult way to get in as there were no staff to attend you in the place. All was electronic. We booked parking and they answered 3 days later telling there were no place for our car... so we had to pay private parking. The room was quite small, and the bed was the most uncomfortable I have been in years.

Amazing room in Salamanca centre

The location was perfect and the room was superclean and very cozy. I was not expecting that, but I was truly amazed. Will definitely come back there when I go to Salamanca. I mentioned it to some friends and they had also been there and were amazed.

Exceptional

We stayed here for one night as a group of 14 people. The accommodation was really nice and cozy. It was also impeccably clean. There was a common room available which was great for our group to sit and enjoy time together. We found here the comfort we were looking for and recommend this hostel for short stay’s. We also appreciated the self-check-in system because we could arrive at any time. There was a problem with access to one of the rooms though. But we called the reception and they solved our problem very quickly.

We missed a small table with chairs and a wardrobe in our rooms. The electrical locks on the doors has a low battery which was a little bit uncomfortable. When we were leaving to explore the town we were scared that the doors won’t open later.

Nice comfortable rooms & perfect location. Good hot shower & definitely met our expectations

A bit annoying that there was no luggage storage on sight and we didn’t find that out until we got there & only because we called someone (there are no staff there). I messaged them on this and didn’t get a reply. Also the drain in our bathroom & the toilet smelled bad

Great Price-Quality Ratio!

The room was cozy, clean and well furnished. Also, the location was great!! Great price-quality ratio!

The fact that there was only one key to the room... We were three people and always dependent on one of us (the key keeper) to enter the room. Also, the check-in wasn't the easiest due to the website camera not functioning very well.

Centric but not that comfortable

It was in the historic town so getting everywhere was easy and safe. Accesible for cabs too to get back to the train station.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable, only had one key to enter the room and the bathroom. It didn´t smell that good either.

Excellent location is the best

The excellent location, the cleanliness, the online checkin and the electronic locks and the very good shower.

The poor state of conservation of some items (room 12: shower room leaks water to the rest of the bathroom; light bulbs burned out; bathroom door does not close, as it hangs on the floor; broken window latch); the mattress too hard; lack of glasses and the noise coming from upstairs.

Good for a couple of nights stay

Location - right in the centre of the old town, the tourist district, unbeatable location Automated check-in - Check-in is via online platform, they then send you a code to the door, efficient and fast, as long as you follow the instructions Space and privacy - I booked a single room (converted from a 4 bed dorm) for the space and privacy, and that’s exactly what I got. Facilities - nice shower and bathroom, there’s a fan in the room for hot weather

Lack in personnel - there’s only housekeeping onsite, if there’s any issue or needing support, you will need to contact operations via WhatsApp. Luckily I didn’t have to contact them…

Amazing location, great shower and bed!

The location is amazing and the room was so much better in real life! The online check-in was a bit annoying, but one of the cleaning girls (Carolina, I think) helped us (super sweet and kind!!). The shower is amazing, beds super confortables and everything very clean :)

Very clean, great bathroom, pleasant decoration, comfortable beds.

Small, lacking a place to put bags in the room and toiletries in the bathroom, no A/C - not prepared to withstand hot temperatures which are common in Summer, noisy - we could hear all other hosts coming in and out.
