Ubicación perfecta en una preciosa ciudad

La situación cerca del centro, la relación calidad-precio y que tuviera una mini cocina.

Me habría gustado que el colchón de la cama fuera un poco más duro.

Zimmer zu klein und nicht uptodatet.

Die Lage war ok. Straßenbahn vor der Tür. Personal nett und höflich.

Das Zimmer viel zu klein für 4 Personen. Zimmer ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Müsste dringend was gemacht werden!!!

Schöner, erholsamer Aufenthalt

Sehr freundliches Personal, hat immer geholfen, sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber und alles da, was gebraucht wurde, auch sehr ruhig. Parkplatz war direkt im Hof des Hotels. Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, eine Tram fährt direkt davor und alles war sehr gut zu erreichen.

Une super alternative à l'hôtel

Studio spacieux, confortable et bien équipé (kitchenette avec frigo, plaques de cuisson ...), très bien situé (proche du quartier historique et du centre, proche du musée et salle de concert). Station de tram au pied de l établissement. Personnel très sympathique.

Seul petit bémol : impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer le studio.

Konumu merkeze yakın , ulaşım imkanı çok rahat, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever, teşekkürler

Odalar temiz, cadde üzeri ve raylı ulaşım hemen önünde olmasına rağmen ses noktasında hiç rahatsız olmadık..

2 gece kaldık , gündüz Stazburg u gezdik ve oda da değildik ancak odaya girilmemiş ve temizlik yapılmamıştı, gün içi temizlik yapılıyor olması gerekirdi..

Ruhiges Zimmer, Richtung Innenhof, weit vom Fahrstuhl, wie wir ewünscht haben. Parking OK.

Jedes Jahr ( Drittes Mal) war der Safe defekt ! Wurde nicht vorher gescheckt. Reste Nahrung in der Mikrowelle, schmutziger Geschirr, schmutzige Toilette !! Kappute Schranktür. Obwohl wir um 16:00 Uhr eingecheckt war kein Techniker mehr da, mußten wir bis morgen abwarten. Nächster Morgen: Der Manager, Herr Cosse war sehr freundlich und hilfbereit, hat sofort versproche alles inOrdnung zu bringen, als Entschädigungsdegeschenk ein Frühstück angeboten. Der Techniker mußte zwei Zwei-Innentüren wechseln und neue Batterien schaffen, hat Zeit gekostet. Das Zimmer wurde danach richtig sauber gemacht. Nur weil Herr Cosse so freundlich und profesionell gehandelt hat, haben wir das Personal als sehr freundlich bewertet.

Emplacement top, calme, pratique. Idéal pour notre week end à Strasboug / Europa Park

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top. Tram juste devant et plusieurs rues pour ce garer (même si ce n'est pas tout les soirs évident). Plutot proche de la petite france, c'est donc agréable le temps du séjour que nous avions prévu. La chambre était grande, petite cuisine dispo si jamais le besoin ce fait sentir, la salle de bain pareil, grande aussi. Le lit était confortable 😊. Et une climatisation facile à utiliser, ça c'est cool. Pour un week end où l'hôtel était complet, c'était hyper calme et agréable.

Un parking à 12e... pour un hôtel ayant le tram juste devant, on nous facilite pas les choses pour poussez les gens à prendre les transports, c'est dommage. Le petit déjeuner, rien n'est clair: rien d'explicite sur l'annonce de l'hôtel, sur place on nous dis que c'est certainement à partir de 7h30 🤷🏻‍♂️... pas trop facile pour ce projeter. Au final on auras fait sans. J'ai quand même constater une chose: en fouillant bien j'ai vu un ptit dej à 10e (je ne sais plus où exactement, mais certainement dans un descriptif, pour finalement voir que c'est à 12e. Il faudrait corriger ceci 😉 . Je ne pourrais pas m'avancer ducoup en rapport qualité/prix... mais c'est quand même un peu chère 12e pour un petit dej. Un petit coup de propre dans la salle de bain ne serait pas de refus... le bac de douche avait l'air de s'affaisser par exemple. Un hôtel un peu chère finalement quand on doit en plus rajouter le petit dej non inclus. J'ai déjà eu mieux pour un peu moins chère 😉. Sans vouloir dénigrer évidement l'hôtel qui est top, pratique, et calme

Good location, not far from Little Paris area, friendly staff at the reception desk, good facilities.

The one way roads makes it very difficult to find a place to park in order to get the card from the receptionist for the parking( which is just around the corner from the hotel). The area around the hotel is a bit rough.. The apartment was a bit small for a family of 4 but ok for an overnight stop. The lady helping with breakfast in the morning was a bit grumpy..everything had to be done in a certain way..her way..::)

The kitchen was very convenient and the room was large. Staff were really nice and welcoming, nice welcoming drinks (free) at the entrance and nice lobby

The bed was very very uncomfortable and sank, the mattress was just worn out and needed to be replaced On the fourth floor the only window was on a roof, which didn’t feel very big. It’s pretty close to the centre but approximately 15-20 min walk

Perfect for a quick stop'n'visit in Strasbourg

Very central position, we were able to visit the whole city center by foot, but still good acoustic isolation even though the tram stop is right in front of the entrance! Very clean and nice.

It is actually a hotel room with a small kitchen corner (positive note: the kitchen corner is separated by a door from the room) and one eats on the tables in the bedroom.

Strasbourg Trip with Friends

It was spacious, clean and there is a tram station just right outside the Hotel. Very accessible. the Lady who check us in was nice. The Kitchen is very useful. Specially if you are trying to save money. And wanted just to cook. Check out our Youtube Channel for a Complete Room Tour. The vendo Machine is not working. And the guy on the reception that night is some kinda rude. We were trying to get some water from the vendo machine but after few tries the guy on the reception told us that it was not working. Then we asked him were we can buy water and coffee and he just said that we can buy tomorrow as the kitchen was close already without giving us any recommendations where we can buy nearby. But it was around 9 or 10 pm. And the way he talks it is somehow rude.

Will recommend this place for the connectivity.

Didn’t have breakfast. Loved the connectivity near the apartment as the tube is right outside the gate. Staff was very warm and the room was very comfortable.
