A piscina externa tem uma vista linda. Praia particular maravilhosa, e com opções de passeios. Staff da recepção e limpeza, muito solicitos.

O hotel de fato é um museu…tudo muito velho, e está precisando de uma reforma urgente. Muito pó e cheiro de mofo. Apesar da piscina ser linda, eles abrem o hotel para day use, o que deixa impossível usufruir da piscina durante o dia, pois tem muita criança, e tanto a praia como a piscina fecham as 18, ou seja, se voce quiser relaxar na piscina mais tarde, não é possível. Outra coisa, é que eles nao estao preparados para receber turistas de outros países! A comunicação é bem complicada, porque ninguém fala inglês e existe a restrição da tatuagem, inclusive na praia.

자연과 어우러진 멋진 건축물이 인상에 남는다. 실내수영장 - 야외수영장 - 프라이빗 비치로 동선이 한번에 연결되어서 편리하고 모든 과정이 아름답다. 덥긴 했지만 폴리네시안 쇼와 함께하는 테라스에서의 저녁 식사도 좋았고, 압도적인 풍광이 펼쳐진 조식 식당도 잊을 수 없다.

둘째 날 저녁에 알게 되었는데 침대와 바닥 등 곳곳에 작은 개미가 상당히 많이 돌아다니고 있었다. 프론트에 얘기했지만 미안하다는 말만 두세차례 하는 걸로 봐서는 처음 있는 일은 아닌 것 같다. 프론트 직원들과 영어로 의사소통 하기 매우 어렵다. 침대 매트리스가 낡아서 그런지 매트리스 모서리 부분에 무릎이 쓸리면서 아픈 상처가 생겼다.

L’hotel seppure un po’ datato è in una posizione bellissima, con la sua spiaggia di fronte ed un’area verde molto grande altrettanto bella e curata. La nostra camera, vista mare, molto spaziosa e pulita. Lo staff è molto gentile e pronto a rispondere ad ogni necessità.

Great place for a family vacation!!

The facilities and food were really good. There were many water sports options. There were many restaurants around the hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

Wifi was not stable. It didn’t work well. Snorkeling wasn’t allowed at the beach. This was quite disappointing.

The beach is fantastic. If you are a beach lover, you may love this hotel.

1. No Wifi in the guest room; 2. Room luminosity is insufficient; 3. There is room for improvement in breakfast in terms of food variety; 4. Shower water pressure is poor; 5. Room fridge is dirty; 6. Only 1 room key is provided.

Tropical paradise.

The setting on the beach was beautiful, our rooms were spacious and had great amenities. The restaurant had an amazing variety of food, and the staff were super helpful. There were nearby restaurants and shops within walking distance, and taxis were also readily available for longer trips.

The resort is an hour from the airport and many of the other tourist destinations that we were interested in, so while we had ready access to a beautiful beach, it took a lot of time and money to use taxis to get to other sites. The hotel was under renovation in some areas so it was not as peaceful as I had hoped.

Beautiful beach, beautiful hotel. But bad smell from the sheets and pillows.

I was happy with everything, but one thing. When I checked in, then walked into the room for the first time. The room temperature, humidity was not good and "moldy smell" from the room and bed sheets were unpleasant.

Beautiful beach, but not worth the money.

The resort is beachfront, and the ocean can be seen from many spots (poolside, the breakfast lounge, etc.). The resort itself is gorgeous, with many photo opportunities (such as the hanging green vines in the courtyard). The staff were lovely and welcoming. Many restaurants and conbinis around the area also.

The breakfast buffet which we paid extra for could've been much better. There were not many options and each day it was the same thing, which is disappointing. Also, I don't see why guests have to pay extra to reserve deck chairs and umbrellas at the resort beach? We paid around 3000yen per day for 2 chairs and an umbrella at a resort which we already paid so much money to book..

A pleasant resort but it feels tired - make sure major construction isn't happening when you stay.

The private beach was well-maintained and spacious. The buffet was nice, and you could choose either breakfast or dinner. A beautiful sunset from the 2nd-floor bar.

There was a lot of construction work going on when we were there and we were not told about that until we checked it - when it's too late to make other plans! The outdoor pool was not available out of season - again, this was not made clear when we booked. The parasols and loungers must be rented even if you are staying at the hotel.

Beautiful white sandy beach and clear blue waters!

Loved the beautiful white sandy beach and its clear blue waters, which is private to the hotel. Room was spacious and clean, Hospitality service is your average Japanese standard. Nice to have a wash sink and small pantry counter for convenience, comfortable seating area in the room and a balcony table & chair where you can enjoy the breeze. Availability of a bathtub was helpful after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel's environment gives a 'back to nature' vibe as it has plenty of flowers and greenery decor. Location is good as there are a couple of marts within walking distance and right on the main street, there are plenty of casual and fancy restaurants as well. The breakfast and lunch buffet has a good variety of choices as well should you decide to eat in.

Staff's understanding of the English language is minimal, only a handful could communicate in basic English. Hotel reception was very strict & rigid when I asked if they could accommodate a 12pm check out instead of 11am as it was between my toddler's naptime but I was informed that they'll have to charge for that extra hour - most hotels I've experienced have accommodated that request (providing they're not fully booked during that day). They have 2 pools - one indoor and one outdoor. I find the pool opening times a bit late, the indoor pool opens at 10am and the outdoor pool opens at 9am. After breakfast, we were hanging around waiting for the pool to open. I also didn't appreciate the part that we have to rent the pool towels - never have I been to a hotel pool where pool towels are not provided. I found their breakfast cutoff time to be ridiculous, last call is 9am, cut off is 930am. When we go for a holiday, there is a tendency to chill and not rush but with the cut off time for the breakfast, it was really just too rushed.

Disappointing

architecture

Taking into account the price, very avarage place thanks to insufficient services (onsen available only in limited hours in the evening, not working wifi). Also, hotel staff is not able to keep the order at the hotel as there was a noisy night party in a neighboring room around midnight which is not what you want from a hotel on your business trip.

Amazing Relaxing Stay

Amazing Beach, Swimming Pool and Facilities Hotel proposes a lot of activities (snorkelling, jet ski etc) which are very good Location closeby to a street with a lot of restaurants for dinner A few minutes away from bus stop Rooms are very good / balcony is a plus

Too bad they make people pay for the beach chairs. Not many food options at lunch except from hotel restaurant (buffet), all nearby restaurants are closed. Not much information about bus and transportation to/from hotel but probably due to the fact that we couldn’t speak Japanese

Amazing place to stay

I LOVE EVERYTHING.My family had so much fun. And the breakfast buffet is amazing.It is also near convinient store and local restaurant.

I don't like that swimming pool and beach is only open until 5pm.we arrive 4:30 and my son wants to swim but when we get there we only have 10mins left.Hope it close until 7pm

Beautiful sleep, but no sleep due to the beds.

The location and the hotel involving the nature inside was great.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Couldn’t use the pool or beach either.
