Very helpful staff and nice rooms, parking and staff. We’d definitely stay there again.

nice hotel, welcoming staff, great car parking, welcome drink was appreciated. wish we had stayed longer and taken advantage of the range of facilities.
we specifically booked this hotel due to availability of air con. Surprise was that temperature control was not delegate to guests and we had to ask reception for a specific temperature reduction. Bit strange we couldn’t adjust temperature, appreciate environmental and cost issues, but, paid significantly more than non air con alternatives and really didn’t appreciate the lack of self determination on room temperature.

I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience. The breakfast here is absolutely delicious, and what sets it apart is the unique free à la carte menu, which I haven't seen offered at any other hotel before. The location is excellent - it's very central yet surprisingly quiet, with the city center just a short walk away. The added bonus of a free parking garage is a big plus. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Moreover, the front desk team is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist you. Overall, it's an outstanding choice for a memorable stay.
While my overall experience at the hotel was positive, I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding the room. One aspect that could be improved is the thickness of the curtains. They were quite thin and see-through, which compromised the privacy in the room. Additionally, the absence of blinds made it challenging to block out unwanted external light and further maintain privacy. Although the room was on the first floor and facing a quiet street, the presence of nearby buildings across made it slightly unsettling, as it felt as though people could potentially look into the room. Enhancing the privacy measures in the rooms, such as installing thicker curtains or providing blinds, would greatly contribute to the overall comfort and peace of mind for guests.

Room was great, floor heating was super nice! Breakfast was good. Easy to walk to city center or the Thermal pool. View would have been amazing if the air would have been clearer.
Elevator system not smart enough. to reach the 5th floor you need to use the right elevator, but there is no dedicated button to call the right elevator, that created some frustration. Breakfast ordering process was a bit slow, I would recommend to change something there!

excellent property
the staff and cleanliness

Some of the staff is multi lingual DE/IT. Apfelstrudel at the breakfast buffet. Central location. Nice view form the balcony.
Hotel room was a bit to hot, 24 C. Also, very strong perfume in the room. One needs to like that.

The room was very spacious, with a separate room with sofa, table and chairs, and a sink and counter kitchenette. Breakfast was exceptional, with nice egg dishes cooked to order in addition to the usual breakfast buffet, and very good coffee too. Location was convenient to the city center and promenade.

* We booked a suite for 3 persons and it was terrific. It was a spacious and very clean apartment with two bathrooms, a kitchen and a balcony facing the mountains. You could honestly fit five persons in there if you extend the couch as a bed. The furnishings were simple but still stylish.
* Service: Always helpful, friendly and at your disposal. Rooms were perfectly cleaned.
* Location: The city center can be reached within 5-10 minutes. It is also close to the train and central bus station. Conveniently, there is a supermarket next to the hotel.
* Perfect for those who travel by car as the hotel features a secured underground carpark with an extra room for bicycles. With the proximity to the train/bus station, this offers a ton of flexibility to explore and getting around Meran/South Tyrol.
* Rather neutral things: The breakfast was very solid and has basically all you need, the extras were a bit heavy on sweet things though (e.g. cakes, donuts), which is not my personal taste. Coffee and eggs are served (without any further costs) only after order. Can be a bit inconvenient at first if you don't know this, but the service is very attentive. I believe it is to minimize food waste.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was good.
It is really more like a new apartment building rather than a hotel. The view is into the balconies of other residents. It lacks the atmosphere and the character of Merano.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and it felt they went above and beyond to provide a great stay for every guest.
The mattress was very firm.

Excellent breakfast, superb staff and free parking in the basement of the hotel.
By far one of the most well prepared buffets I’ve had at a hotel. Fresh cut fruit and vegetables. Coffee made for you on order - not from kettle that has been sitting all morning. Super friendly waiter.

Very spacious suite, free garage in the basement, close to the city, excellent breakfast.
Madrass too hard for my taste.

Good air-conditioning system in room (important given the outside heat). Large room with small kitchenette and fridge, table and sofa. Small balcony overlooking the street, automatic shutters. Comfortable beds and large bathroom. Small gym available. Breakfast was great, they serve you individually and you can choose your hot dish in addition to the continental offering. Secure underground parking. Close walk to the main shopping streets.
If you come in late, sometimes there are no more parking spots available. Otherwise nothing.
