Ideal gelegenes Stadt-B&B mit fantstastischem Frühstück.

Modern eingerichtetes Zimmer mit allem, was es braucht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und das Auto kann im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus eingestellt werden (Tageskarte: 18 €). Das im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Frühstück war definitiv das Beste unserer langen Italien-Reise. Es wird im nahegelegenen, wunderschönen Lokal der Besitzerfamilie eingenommen. Dieses Lokal bietet auch Kochkurse an und die selbst hergestellten Delikatessen werden im Ladenlokal angeboten. Wir waren von der Qualität und der Präsentation begeistert.

Ganz tolle Unterkunft mit sehr netten Vermietern

Stilvoll, neu und liebevoll renoviert und ausgestattet! Tolle Lage! Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.

Das Bett hatte nur eine Matratze, ist Geschmacksache.

Soggiorno piacevole e rilassa

La posizione è comunque l’elemento principale. La colazione viene effettuata presso il bar affianco alla struttura. La camera era pulita e ben tenuta.

Il letto un po’ scomodo.

IN PIENO CENTRO STORICO

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B con la mia famiglia per la notte di Capodanno. Abbiamo occupato una camera 'superior' situata al primo piano, dotata di un comodo letto matrimoniale e un divano letto, oltre a un pratico tavolino con due sedie. L'hotel si trova nel cuore del centro storico, a breve distanza da un parcheggio convenzionato, il che è molto comodo. La pulizia del locale era impeccabile. Devo sottolineare inoltre l'estrema gentilezza e premura della proprietaria, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

L'ingresso alla struttura necessita di alcuni miglioramenti. Una mancanza significativa è l'ascensore, soprattutto per chi ha difficoltà con le scale. Inoltre, la porta scorrevole del bagno, sebbene esteticamente gradevole essendo in vetro leggermente opaco, non offre il livello ottimale di privacy. Un altro aspetto da considerare è che nei giorni festivi non viene fornita la colazione, il che può essere un inconveniente. Riguardo al prezzo, ritengo che potrebbe essere leggermente più competitivo.

Posizione. Accogliente. Scomodo solo accesso

Nel sito si parla di convenzione con parcheggio. Nessuno mi ha chiesto se avessi parcheggiato in quel parcheggio. Sono andato a pagare, solo macchinette e non c’era possibilità di indicare hotel soggiorno, così ho pagato per 30 ore 42€!!

Genial, besser geht es nicht;-)

Frühstück im Café Arcus war hervorragend. Die Lage ist top, Restaurants und Geschäfte alles Zentral und zu Fuß erreicht. Gastgeber Luca war sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereit:-) Wir kommen wieder!

Lovely rooms, horrible early morning noise

Location is excellent. Staff totally helpful and friendly. Rooms large, modern, airy, and comfortable.

The entry from the street was under construction for some unrelated properties. Messy, dusty. Also, extremely loud construction noise from the street started at 4:30-5:00 in the morning and was unrelenting well past 8. Impossible to sleep. So bad that we started laughing just too keep from crying. I know it's not the fault of the B&B, but beware...

the location in Meran was perfect Bed very comfortable Enough space in the room Well isolated (calm)

Clogged shower + the pouffe was dirty Closet a bit small + fridge inside not really useful It’s called bed and breakfast but yet .. breakfast not included ? For the price could be better .

The position is excellent but has a downside. Being in the very center is bad because at 6 in the morning the truck delivery start moving goods.

Lovely modern room and friendly owner

Very friendly and customer oriented owner(s). - I was able to check-in prior to the standard check-in times. - Breakfast time was adapted in order for me to still enjoy breakfast prior to my departure by bus. - Breakfast was delicious! Especially loved the homemade fresh bread and jams! - Easy and quick communication by text message. - Great central location and only 15min walk to the train station. - Modern and clean! Comfy bed! I slept very well. Thank you Luca, and thank you also to your wife for serving breakfast early in the morning!

Nice stay in a beautiful town with early morning unvoluntary wake up!

Nice and comfortable family room. Located at the very center of the old city.

Had to use public parking 300 meters with luggage - nice excercise. It also adds 15 € per day to the cost! A real hammer happens every day at 5:30 a.m. when heavy lorry delivers goods to the supermarket in the street under your window. You do not need alarm clock!!!
