Clean, comfortable, value for money.

Fantastic location, close to everything. Clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. There was no hairdryer in the room, but when I asked about it they brought me one straight away.

Room could do with an update.

Exceptional

We had the family room. Room six and it was pretty big. With a nicel sized private bath room. Less then w.mins walk from train station and beach. Super market five mjns walk away. Very quiet despite it been surranounded by night life. I will be staying here again. O ueah and the TV was massive.

the property in general was fine however upon arrival I was greeted by an extremely irritated individual. he explained I owed him £20 extra for the stay ( No idea why as everything has been paid for online) which I gave him no problem. he then also stated I owed him £50 deposit which again I said was fine I just explained that I didn’t receive any of this information before hand, he then got extremely angry and doubled my deposit to £100 and insinuated like I’d be lucky to get it back when I had done nothing wrong whatsoever. it was a very unwelcoming start and I wouldn’t stay at this property again.

it’s close to everything

the room was freezing cold and they had to give us a new plug in heater which still made room cold and shower had no pressure and had to wait 10 mins to get warm had to wait out side in the cold with 2 toddlers my son was fine coming but on last day his eye is blood shot gooey and swollen

Decent value for money B&B. Great location, friendly staff and quiet. Clean, good location.

It's a good value B&B - so as long as you don't expect a 5 star hotel there isnt much to dislike.

Very clean. Owner was very helpful especially that I had booked the wrong date so he helped me adjust that. As close to the beach as possible. All together brilliant place and we will definitely be staying again.

The location near things we wanted

The fact that a breakfast was advertised but not given the cleaning not done everyday towels we had for three days

Never again in this hotel!

The MJ guest house didn’t had 2 double rooms and send us to OYO hotel, in a 4 ppl room with no windows and really poor cleaning conditions, broken bathroom door, and no one around to talk to about it we had to fix it ourselves. The Booking.com contacted us to anounce the issue regarding the rooms availability when we were already at the location and that's frustrating! Awful experience!

Nothing. You need to update your photos and show a true representation of what you will stay in

Terrible stay terrible standards, misleading photos, misleading having two similar hotels with the same name. One we went two was lovely a year or two ago. This one is absolutely disgusting. Needs money spent on it and investment massively needs a refurb.

Ok for last minute work overnighter

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Sink in room location was close to work Tea and coffee making facilities Room had a small fridge which was a nice addition

Shared facilities is a gamble. Shower was just a small shower. No room to get changed or put things without them getting wet so didn't use. Poor WiFi connection. No access to a kitchen or microwave,
