The stay didn’t happen, as there were no keys in the key box. Consequently my grandson had to travel home alone very angry and disappointed. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Everything.

The location and self check in are excellent
No door on the toilet and shower room. Early check out at 11. I think mid-day or 13:00hrs can be fine
3.4
Self check in.
Location
WiFi playing up, very unstable

Location, self check and communication
There was no mirror in the bath room, the boiler was in the room and making noise, no proper window curtain

Lovely little place just a very short walk from town and the beach. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would gladly stay here again.

It was fine for what it was and decent quiet fairly central location.
It's one of those faceless, new breed of places with no on site owner presence and everything done by text and lock boxes etc etc.
3.4
Very comfy bed, excellent shower.
Slight moan,maybe 2 more pillows
3.4
The location was amazing, super cosy and comfy.
So far I liked everything.

combi boiler in room, on 24/7. didn’t get much sleep. No door on toilet, no extractor fan and window wouldn’t open, so any smell came into the room.
3.4
Close to promade and shops
I struggled opening the front door I even asked a lady that works there if she could help me and she did and it seemed alright but then since that day I struggled. I think they need to sort a spare key out for the front door. As I've stayed here 3 times now and struggle every single time.

Neighbourhood, close to town and attractioms
Nothing, facilities good and clean
3.4
The location is right by the town and beach which is a bonus... easy to get to, and easy to gain access inside.
Has a shower although we didnt use it. toilet facilities as well as a fridge and microwave and sink ..
Mattress isn't that comfy and heating didn't turn on as the bedroom was cold even though the heating dial in the corridor was turned on and the radiators turned on.

I like it near the beach and was clean
I didn't like the TV in front of the wardrobe so u couldn't put anything inside
also the key was doggy and hard to unlock took ages
Also the stairs were steep also they was a crack in the step outside the front door or somebody last night was banging on the door couldn't get you neither and woken up then they got in afterwards
There was no tea and coffee facilities only a kettle and fridge no soap or washing-up liquid to wash a pots

It's close to shops and the prom etc etc
There wasn't any toilet roll in my room and also wasn't provided with a bin. I also struggled with the front like opening it. The walls in my room were also dirty. The lay out of my room wasn't great either for example where my bed was it wasn't against a flat wall in my opinion it needs rearranging.
