Апартаменты чистые, с балконом. Белье меняют через день, уборку делают каждый день, что очень хорошо. Есть кондиционер, телевизор, кофемашина, микроволновка, плита. Полностью (почти) оборудованная кухня. Тихо, хорошо. Есть басейн на 2-м этаже. Интернет очень хороший и удомный, один пароль на множество линий- что очень удобно, выбирай какую надо и подключись.

Нас было 4 пожилых людей. Я забронировал зараннее, в начале февраля и при бронировании попросил что бы диван был такой как на фото, Г-образный, раскладной, для 4-го человека. Администратор так и не ответил на мою прозьбу, а по приезду сказал мне что, мы поздно (это в начале февраля) забронировании и таких номеров нет. Думаю что их вообще нет кроме что на фото. В результате, диван отвратительный, неудобный. Одно мучение было спать на него. Есть сейф, но без ключей. С посудой и утварью очень плохо. 2 чайные лошки и все остальное в миниуме и в разнобой. Холодильник маленький и крышка от морозильки не держится в резултате с верху все замараживается. Лифты очень грязные, думаю их никогда не мыли. Техническое состояние лифтов тоже -ужасное. Жаль что все это портит общуюю картино об Ялте

We had a great time

The location is pretty close to the beach, around 7-8 minutes of walking. The room was cleaned everyday and the sheets were changed every third day. We had a nice view of the sea and the pool. The hosts were very nice, we communicated through WhatsApp and got help every time when needed. There was also a parking spot for our car.

Not very problematic, but the door was a little squeaky and the wifi was slow.

Absolutely spotless - cleaning staff was very very good. The location is also great

The mattress in the bedroom was a bit hard but maybe we are just not used to it

Good value for money

Good value for money, big apartment, have kitchen, balcony, water kettler, fridge and toiletries

The location are a bit uphill, so you have to walk maybe 8-10 min down to the beach. The beds are very hard to sleep on, at least for my taste

Nice place to come by car for a few days

Excellent hospitable hosts. great view from the window, great location

it would be nice to remove the refrigerator from the bedroom, it produces a lot of unwanted annoying noise that lowers the sleep quality.

Our wonderful staying in Dilov Apartments

We really liked the apartments. Big balcony with view. There is everything you need in the kitchen! It is very convenient that there is room cleaning, during which towels and bedding were also changed. We also visited the pool - a beautiful area, clean water. Walk 5-7 minutes to the beach. I strongly recommend accommodation in Dilov Apartments

Nice apartment for the view

The aparthotel is located near the central area, close to the beach and to the promenade street, in a quiet zone. The host is very kind, the cleanliness is done properly, the apartment is spacious, quite well equipped in the kitchen area, and the view from the 7th floor is special. Otherwise, the comfort is somewhat desirable, the furniture is basic, but it compensates by the small price paid, location, kind staff, quietness and view.

The shower drain is located right in the center of the bathroom, water accumulates and you can't use the rest of the bathroom without getting your feet wet. I think it's a bathroom design error and it's not the host's fault, but this malfunction can be improved in some way.

Great price/value

For less than the price of a double room at a 3* hotel I got a full size apartment with free parking and just 2 minutes away from the central beach. They offer different kinds of apartments so if you pay a little extra you will get a bigger better apartment

There are things to improve but at that price I can't really complain

Excellent experience

Stephan was a very nice guy and made sure we have everything we need The cleaning lady came every day The property is just 8 minutes walk from the beach Everything was cozy and clean The view from the balcony was very nice

Very good

Big terrace with a lovely view both to the hill and to the sea. Bedroom is separate from the living area. Swimming pool available. Daily cleaning. Friendly host and personnel.

Everything had too much perfume - the toilet paper, the bed sheets, the cleaning detergent that they used. - All too bad for people with allergies. We knew that there is a swimming pool, but there were no indication of it anywhere in the facilities. We had to call the host and wait for him to return the call, to ask, whatever we needed to. There was a laundry machine but no detergent, which makes it pointless for a stay of less than two weeks.

Wonderful time spent at a great place!

It was very clean, very friendly staff and nice location. Fantastic sea views from a cosy balcony! We will definitely visit the place again.
