Jó helyen van, segítőkészek a portán
Eszméletlen büdös csatornaszag volt a szobában, a törölközők ugyan mosószer illatúak voltak, mégis voltak rajtuk foltok.

A Belvárosban való elhelyezkedés
A kertnek csúfolt gaz, törölközők a kerítésen.
Melegvíz hiánya mindkét nap.

Jó elhelyezkedés
Hajszálak a mosdóban, svábbogár mászott elő a lefolyóból, klíma az előszobában, a szobákban nincs külön klíma

A környék tetszett, a szálloda fekvése nagyon jó
A másik utcába kellet menni bejelentkezni.

Location is the best, also small town not much expected but this is not like that! Very sweet small town and hotel 10 out of 10. I recommend.
Check in time is very solid. Must extent couple of hours.

Nothing much. It was clean but that's it.
It was hard to find even with GPS, and the owners' attitude and behavior was abhorrent!
Okay, it is true that they tell you in an auto-generated message AFTER booking that they only accept cash, but 1) I haven't read the massage after the booking was confirmed 2) it is mandatory by law to accept bank cards without any charge in Hungary since January 1st, 2022. Long story short, we were supposed to pay 12.360 forints according to Booking, but we ended up paying 16.750 because of the bank card payment AND because we used the A/C in late July! I wonder if they change extra for heating in January?
Check-out time is 10 AM and the owner's wife was already banging on our door like crazy at 9:50. She was shouting at us from the top of her lungs saying that she needs to starts cleaning the room because she has other guests arriving. When we told her this was not the way to talk to guests, SHE FLIPPED US UP! I kid you not, she showed both of her middle fingers!
This is still not the end of the story. Since we were rushed, we forgot a personal item in the room. I emailed the property the following day asking them to send it back to us by COD (which doesn't cost them a penny), but they haven't even replied to my email. It's been 4 days.

The apartment is clean and everything was more than acceptable. The shower as well as the toilet worked perfectly. The balcony was great as well with a nice view.
The host doesn’t speak any language other than Hungarian which was a bit unusual, but we managed to communicate everything.

For people arranging things at the university, it's a perfect location - close to the railway station, tram and bus stops.
there is a shared kitchen - and fridge in the room itself.

The WiFi was good enough to work and the room was quite warm.
The room had a musky smell that required us to keep a window open. We were not cold at all though, so that was good.
When we came into the room we could smell like someone had been smoking.
I guess, based on the pictures we saw online we were expecting for more than we got but we can't really complain, it was quite cheap.
The stuff was not welcoming at all, it seemed like we were bugging them the whole time.

The room was nice , clean and had comfy beds. Although we arrived very late in the evening, we managed to check in.

I paid in cash for the stay, that's what they ask, "cash only". The next day I discovered that they charged my credit card for another 6 euros, for no reason. When they do that without asking me or adleast notifying or explaining that charge, that's theft!
Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else...
