Good location - nice room

Nice quiet room. Pleasant staff. Good location for sightseeing - near the Cathedral and the main squares. Aircon worked OK. Would stay there again.

De localization was good.

The room floor was wet and the room smell moldy. Also, the breakfast was very simple and the bread did not look fresh. Also, the room and hotel was not very clean.

nice hotel but need an urgent and immediate maintence on lockers and doors without any delay !!!!

Great location, fast check-in, loved the minibar. Good value for the money.

The hotel is a little rundown, in need of some TLC. Cleanliness could also be improved.

Acceptable for one night stay

Location

Bathroom didn’t have any shower curtain. Entire bathroom was wet after using shower. Toilet seat is too high. Room didn’t have kettle as written on room guide. Shower gel was too little, needed to ask more. Breakfast was poor in terms of quality and quantity.

Very good small hotel. Staff is realy helpfull. I would recomend it, good value for money.

Location is excelent, in the very city centre in quiet street. Girls who work at the front desk are great.

Maybe some extra clean towels.

huge disappointment

I got disability access room I didn’t book. it was obvious that someone else got the room I booked as that type of room is listed on Booking.com. When I claimed to change the room the receptionist said there were no rooms available as the hotel was fully booked (I couldn’t change the hotel as 3-night stay was paid in advance) The safe in the room was broken so I got universal key for it (?!). The receptionist managed to hide the emergency exit light so I could sleep… All in one, huge disappointment :(

Very friendly & helpful staff at the reception. Breakfast is small but worth that little money. It’s in city center - lots of nice spots to hang around.

A little bit noisy lift (you can hear it in the room) and some things needs maintenance, but all of it - just a little things. I absolutely enjoyed the stay.

Can recommend the place - it is located in the heart of downtown.

It was a good-sized room with air-conditioning.

The corridor is completely dark when you get out of the elevator, hard to find the door of the room (not to mention the keyhole). On the balcony the chairs were soiled by the pigeons staying on the roof beam.
