It was clean and fairly priced

The picture of the room I saw when booking was the same room given to me, a neat toilet, a neat room, quiet and serene environment. I really loved it there.
I suggest there should be a kettle in the room in case someone wants to have a coffee or tea
3.5
Didn’t eat breakfast there
A kettle in the room and May be a little fridge

Booked this hotel for a work trip .Apon arrival we was greeted by 3 rats running around the car park staff at the reception said that have a rodent problem and that are trying to take care of it .To walk in the lobby to be greeted by homeless people who are living in the hotel . I had random people nocking at the door at at 4:30 and agen at 5am asking for a cigarette. Hallways smell like drugs . People haveing a party a fue doors down .We was scerd for are safety I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel it is moor like a hostel . We did not sleep worrying about what was going to happen next .

Great location within few minutes of the station. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Basic but that is expected.
The breakfast was a shambles! It was weekend so served until 11am we went down just before 10 and apart from 2 sad looking pan au chocolate ( I had them!) only cheese and ham left. I requested bread and some was brought out and just as we were leaving they brought out some warm croissants. They knew how many people there were in hotel so poor organization.

Boa localização para as minhas necessidades. Café da manhã apenas razoável.
Qualidade da acomodação, abaixo do padrão Ibis.
3.5
Quite noisy, the window did appear to shut correctly and there was a draft.

Needed to stay one night before our P&O cruise on the Iona. Acceptable for a short stay. Compact room, clean, good wifi.
It was about a mile walk to the Ocean Terminal for our cruise, not too bad, but a little farther than I had anticipated. Might have been easier to stay at a cheaper place farther away and take a bus that would have dropped off closer to the Terminal.
3.5
Great shower and the bed in my opinion so amazingly comfy
We got locked out out room because the key cards went funny but was sorted very quickly
3.5
Location was ok
Very dated room, lamp hanging off wall, etc, absolute mission just to get a cup of tea, no kettles available, staff at reception were overloaded & couldn’t keep up, breakfast area was appalling, no plates, bowls or cutlery, food was no more than scraps, all in all, very disappointed
3.5
Excelente atención y un lugar muy limpio

Food was a rip off couldn't eat the pizza the price was reduclous
Expensive food for what I got
3.5
Nothing
The walls where socked under the window (414) bed was horrible hole in foam of bed tired to hid it with a topper sheets didn’t fit correctly pillows where bricks shower pressure and temperature had a mind of it own floor was sticky
3.5
Really useful location, right where we needed it to be. I think parking was £10 per night.
There is a McDonalds within a minutes walk, and also a TGI Friday, this was perfect for our work trip.
The hotel itself did everything we needed, generally absolutely fine.
It was a ibis Budget, it was what I expected. There are 2 in the same car park, so make sure you get the right hotel, we knew in advance so not an issue, but could be if you do not know there are two.
3.5
The location is amazing - right opposite the train station. In the same location as the Ibis and Novotel.
Most basic hotel I’ve ever been in - just very low standards
3.5
good location, good price, good breakfast.
all was good
3.5
Şehir merkezi, alışveriş merkezi, otobüs durağı, tren istasyonu ve cruise terminal binası neredeyse birbirine eşit 15’er dakikalık mesafedeler
Odada bavulu koymak için uygun bir yer yoktu
3.5
The location was good
It was the most basic hotel I've ever stayed in, I wouldn't recommend, just pay 20/30£ more and stay somewhere else, I would never stay in a place like that again
3.5
Much nicer than expected. Room was very nice. So was breakfast
Everything was ok
3.5
Convenient location ample parking
3.5
Good location for cruise port
The shower is fixed on the wall you don't have one with a handle
No ac jn room just air cooler and a small desk fan
Very limited selection in breakfast
3.5
Location and price
Nothing. It is budget so nothing fancy! But functional
3.5
We loved the room. Compact but everything we needed. My son loved the bunk bed. Our double was the comfiest bed we have ever slept on. As much tea, coffee and milk as we wanted.Right next to the station. Walking distance to the cruise terminal
Lots of stag dos and a man walking through reception with an inflatable doll
3.5
Location was great for joining our cruise the next day. Easy to get to everything and lovely city to explore.
It was fine for what we needed - only complaint would be the TV was very small and very scratchy sound.
3.5
Excellent location, convenient.
Friendly staff. Check in was easy and quick.
Parking was available at £10
Rooms were clean and next to each other.
We booked 3 triple rooms as we were a family of 9
When we were going to bed we realised that the bunk bed was not done. Pillow, bed sheets, covers were all just piled up on the bunk bed and it was already late and we had changed so we had to do our beds ourselves
When we asked the reception they said we had to inform them.
But, when we book a triple room it means we are 3 persons in one room.
If we didn’t require a third bed, we would have booked a double,

Location
Very basic; no facilities, untidy

Paying £10 to park

room was very basic, but that was reflected in the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Its location was excellent for the City Centre. Parking onsite.
Car parking charge discount could have been communicated better.
Paid full price in car park before being told of discount to hotel guests at reception.

I think Hotel can be improved more if they offer complementary breakfast.
Room size and number of sitting options. Only one stool was provided.
3.5
Very courteous staff and great location.
Nothing!

Was near Red Funnel ferry port and the price was good for 3 adults.
To be fair the staff were pleasant and helpful
Well my 75 year old mum was with my husband and I as she has dementia needed a room together didn't realise it was bunk bed and a double.
The shower has a glass door with a mirror opposite it which if you are sitting on the bed you can see directly into the shower so you have no privacy even if you had a child with you it is still unacceptable.
The breakfast was basic but adequate.
The lights around the wooden rail in the room we could not turn them off.
If we had booked for more than 1 night I would of asked for a refund and changed hotels.
3.5
Convenient location for the Ferry
Very small room for 3 adults and a dog. Expensive for what it was.

This is my third stay in this Hotel. I still like it,breakfast is great.
Shower door. I will never get use to it having see through shower door in the main room. It is very inconvenient when travelling with friends.
