Great little hotel

Good location. Helpful staff. Great breakfast

Shower took ages to heat up (solar heated). We had been informed but didn't expect it to take that long.

excellent location close to Barrio Italia and convenient to walk to many other locations. the room was exceptionally clean and quiet. the staff was polite and helpful every day

Lovely stay

Super helpful staff that looked after us so well: thank you Sergio and Cat! There was a selection of fresh fruit, biscuits, coffee, and loose leaf teas available all the time for guests to enjoy. Also really appreciated the water cooler, so fresh sterilized water was always readily available. Breakfast was great, and the garden was dreamy. We really enjoyed having that space to relax in. Finally, the location was incredibly convenient, with many restaurants and shops a short walk away.

The room was slightly smaller than we expected.

A great boutique hotel in a safe neighborhood.

It’s a nice small hotel with lots of character in a lovely neighborhood, and all the staff are amazing. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee/tea station was open 24 hours, although you had to ask for the milk. The bedroom was a good size, with a couch downstairs to relax on after dinner, as well as a lovely courtyard. we definitely recommend staying at this boutique hotel.

Great location, quiet but close to Barrio Italia with all its Nara and restaurants. Lovely breakfast. Staff very honest and helpful.

No AC in the bedroom, only ventilator. To hot to sleep comfortable in summer.

a peaceful oasis in Santiago, with a quiet garden, exceptional breakfast, and top class staff. walking distance to the metro and lots of restaurants and bars. comfortable bed. rooms with character.

Pretty and well kept hotel in a quiet street within walking distance of goid, reasonable restaurants and bars. Lovely garden area for breakfast and drinks. Complimentary tea/coffee and cakes available. Comfortable rooms. Staff were excellent...helpful and knowledgeable. Applaud the attempts to be eco-friendly, but rooms can be a little hot as there's no aircon.

Upper floors a bit creaky, Breakfast was a bit hit and miss in parts...lots of small bowls, limited choices ....buffet style crammed on a small table with no space to pick things up, so seemed to involve a lot of back and forth. Thought their pre-arrival , early check-in offer at $100 was a bit cheeky ( we didn't need it), and they charge $60 for an airport transfer that we got via Uber for $20
