Loved our stay at The Guesthouse. Perfect!

Very convenient location, so central for walking .. Amazing view and loved the window bench overlooking the square. Great coffee and loved the complimentary drinks! Felt like a home away from home. Friendly staff.

Inititiale Sauberkeit im Zimmer ungenügend (schmutziges Sofa), Personal im Restaurant sehr unterschiedlich empathisch, unterschiedliche Qualität der angebotenen Speisen im Restaurant

A beautiful, comfortable hotel in the heart of Vienna

Centrally located, comfortable beds, quiet, well-furnished rooms - the complimentary wine was a nice bonus and much appreciated. Also convenient having a couple umbrellas available. The staff was helpful, attentive and friendly.

Everything in the property was amazing and outstanding, their service, how polite they are, the rooms being clean and the decoration is amazing. Everything in the hotel was outstanding

I cant think of a single think i didnt like in the hotel. It is the best hotel I stayed in Vienna

Excellent hotel in prime location in Vienna.

Location is the main asset of this hotel- beautiful elegant part of the inner city, very near to most attractions, music venues and good restaurants. The room (double deluxe) very spacious , with separate closet room. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There is no breakfast. Instead you are a client in the Hotel's restaurant and you pay what you order. The door between the room and the bathroom is half transparent. Not everybody likes to be seen bathing. There is no lobby because of the restaurant.

A superb hotel in a superb city!

The location is superb, 2 min walk from the opera house and right in the centre of all that Innere Stadt has to offer. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is very much a boutique and thee is a lovely feel about it. The room was very comfortable and modern. It had some nice touches as complimentary soft drinks and wine. The breakfast had many options and was very tasty. Coffee and cakes were super, lots of choice. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay

Five star, Gourmet, non-pretentious excellence.Simply unbeatable in Vienna, period.

Everything "clicks"at this property. Location, Atmosphere, Rooms, Great Food and ambience at the restaurant...You dont feel like you are staying at a hotel if that can make any sense...extremely rare and we actually travel a lot...

Honestly cannot think of absolutely anything. Again, this is extremely rare as properties are always having something slip or missing.This does not happen at guesthouse. From the moment you walk in until you check out, honestly.

Location. Modern feel. Window nooks and record players . Free water and soft drinks and some alcohol.

Staff were overworked, the bins too small, our room was often not cleaned by the end of the day , the room service slightly overpriced.

Location, restaurant food.

Very disappointed with our stay. Staff extremely unaccommodating and unfriendly (not even a greeting on Christmas Day!) Many unresolved issues with our room which we tried deal with while we were there, to no avail (I.e shower continuously leaking, housekeeping repeatedly not being done until early evening), etc. For the money paid, I can’t recommend the stay.
