La location eccellente, dimensione stanze discreta, il personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, la colazione buona, il prezzo ottimo, la mia gattina accolta senza problemi.
La rumirosità delle stanze adiacenti.

Hotel was clean and in a good location. Super friendly staff, great breakfast with plenty of (pre-packed) gluten-free options. The room was spacious (it was actually two bedrooms, which was great). Bathroom was small but functional. AC worked well. Power outlets were on both sides of beds and on one of the desks. Each side of the beds had their light, which was great for reading. And plenty of towels!
Wifi signal was spotty in one of the bedrooms. The shower box could use some small remodelling work but was doing its job.

Tasty breakfest, daily room cleaning, balcony, air conditioning, close to the beach
Noisy street, we had to close windows to sleep

Cheap price , good location . Value for money.
Lift only went to 4th floor , but I was on the 5th floor so had 3 lots of stairs to go up after vacating the lift . The lovely reception lady carried my suitcase up the remaining stairs on my arrival, but not ideal .

We had a lovely stay, close to the beach(2 mins walk), restaurant next door (you get 10%discount).
The hotel offers breakfast, rooms are quite big and very clean, with very helpful staff. The owner welcomed us and we got complimentary champagne and room upgrade as we had our wedding anniversary.
The room had also balcony, which was lovely as we could enjoy the view.
The beds were two separate and made together as one double, even though we requested for double and it was quite uncomfortable.
The breakfast was nice, but whatever was left over from one morning, was offered next(bread was quite hard).
It would be useful to have mini fridge in the room and bikes to be offered in the room price(on our previous stays in Cervia we didn't had to pay a charge).

So helpful and kind to guests. Many thanks especially to Nicolo.
Really close to the beach and a nice park.
Wish you good season!

The whole staff (from receptionists to the breakfast waitress) extremely friendly and helpful and the very good position - 80m far from beach and wood (pineta) in a area full of shops and restaurants
The property is the classic hotel in the Adriatic coast, perhaps a bit dated in the decoration, but rooms were very clean.
The room we had (for 4 people) would be small for older children (in our case, they were 3 and 10 years old) since the size of the part of the room with two single beds is really narrow. That is, just the space for the two bed separated by less than 1m space. Yet, the double bed part is not enormous but fine in size.
Two very warm suggestions:
1) the check out at 10am is really annoying - and only in Italy and especially, in this part of Italy, is still the usual. In all the rest of the world the usual is at 12pm. Actually, while having (the good) breakfast in the room just behind the reception, I saw 4 guests (me included!) asking - and obtaining - the check out at 12pm. For me (and many people), a later check out (than 10am!) is a strong reason to choose an hotel instead of another.
2) the curtain of the small window in the two beds "room" is insufficient. The sunlight from outside enters since 6.30/7am and it is really disturbing for sleeping. There are a lot of rather cheap "blackout" curtains that could fit with the type of window in it (e.g., roll up curtains "blackout type" are available in every color and size).

The reality of the appartment is far different than presented in pictures, mainly bathroom. We paid for sea view appartment, but sea view is in fact street view with the buildings in front and to the very noisy street with traffic 24/7 - see photo. Badly isolated windows shake in every bigger noise from outside. Sea is visible from far distance and only when bendjng from rusty balcony railibg and look around the corner. The cleanliness is more than questionable, specially bathroom (shower) - see photo and we found a lot of long hairs on the floor and layers of dust on surfaces that are not “on direct eyes”. The springs in matresses are very used. Definitelly not recommending.

Very nice and clean hotel with a friendly staff, next to the beach, restaurants and shops. We recommend renting bikes from reception and going wherever you want.
No fridge in room, walls are thin and we could hear the neighbours. The room could be more spacious.

Position and staff very good.
Price very competitive
The breakfast could be improved with fruits and other things
