Super séjour!

Hôtel agréable avec belle piscine situé à 15minutes à pied environ du centre historique. Chambre confortable avec terrasse et très bien entretenue.Très bon petit déjeuner varié et personnel agréable et serviable.

Le jacuzzi pourrait être rénové 😉

Splendida posizione della struttura alberghiera, fronte mare. Lo staff è sempre molto cordiale e professionale. La piscina è ampia e dotata di vasca idromassaggio. Ottima colazione, molto variegata, con ampia possibilità di scelta. Camera confortevole, ottima pulizia.

SOGGIORNO RELAX

Soggiornato 5 notti ad Agosto. E' la terza volta che torno in questo hotel ed è sempre stupendo. Tutto e tutti molto professionali. Ristorante non provato, colazione eccezionale: c'è tutto. Piscina stupenda.

Il parcheggio sotterraneo poco agevole, ma è solo un piccolo dettaglio in confronto al resto.

It’s the perfect choice for Ironman Italy.

Amazing hotel and incredibly helpful staff! When my AC was making noises, they managed to fix it within half an hour. When people were advised not to leave their homes during the thunderstorm on Ironman weekend, they organized food for the guests (even though the restaurant was closed). Fantastic!! If you come to do the race, you will be right in the middle between Ironman Start and Transition. I would stay here again anytime!

The elevator may squeak a bit and, if you have a room just next to it, you may hear it during the night.

Fantastic location for Iron Man Cervia!

The staff were very friendly and it was the perfect location for our stay.

It was disappointing, but totally understandable, that the restaurant was closed while the IronMan competition was on. We asked for a late checkout by email which was agreed, although we were very surprised to have been charged 80 euros for this upon checkout which wasn't advised to us when it was agreed. We were even charged for the use of the pool towels which we thought was excessive.

Recenty stayed at Conchiglia for 4 nights during an Ironman event. Hotel is clean, tidy and looks

Lovely beachfront hotel with modern amenities.

We had a beautiful corner room overlooking the pool and a large balcony with an ocean view. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was clean and modern. Room was made up promptly each day. The staff was very attentive and the breakfast was great. We also really enjoyed the pool.

No complaints, but it would have been nice if the hotel had some evening activities.

The perfect stay at the perfect hotel with the perfect staff !

The eye to detail at the hotel is of the utmost quality. I have been travelling for over 30 years now across multiple continents and this hotel by far surpassed most of them. Even when we didn't require room service they somehow found a way to clean our rooms and make sure we were at the most comfortable without even noticing it. The entire staff are somewhat stiff as it is required for some of the clients but once they realise you don't need any of that , they are warm and thoughtful !

there was literally nothing wrong with the hotel except one point ( and this is my anglophile sentiment ) ... the TV should have more EN / FR speaking channels. But this point is mute as to the overall of this hotel !

A good place to be if the car is safely parked

Friendly and service minded staff, posh and relaxing atmosphere, nice pool and great sunbeds, good breakfast

we did not preorder parking from the Hotel for our rental car. BIG mistake as the surrounding area is a parking trap, local parking is expensive or no where to be found and you risk being towed away (we had first hand experience)

Friendly and warm.

Excellent and welcoming Staff!!!! Particularly those responsible for the Bar and restaurants. The night concierge was always helpful for parking the car.

The Gym. Totally inadequate and nor well described in the publicity. Thanks to the Hotel Reception we found a satisfactory alternative!

TOP hotel for summer holidays in Cervia

Excellent breakfast, excellent swimming pool, excellent room with a great WiFi and an excellent shower. Room very clean w/o any malfunctions. Very well organised against COVID, the best organisation I have never seen travelling from one Hotel to another in these months.Last but not least, the hotel is in the sea front side!
