The room looked like the pics.

Hotel sits on the corner of 2 busy roads. The traffic light seldom works so the intersection becomes 1 big traffic jam with cars hooting and police men with whistles trying to control traffic. You are lucky to get hot water in the shower. The breakfast is terrible. My cards did not work on the point of sale machine so they blamed my cards. They kept my passport until I paid. Went to new hotel and cards worked without any issues. Turns out their machines are not Visa endorsed. The one lady at reception was not very friendly about keeping my passport.

It’s was good stay.

Location is best. It’s near to CSMT station. You can easily get taxi at hotel’s door step. If you love to walk you can walk down to gate of india or take a taxi.

I was not happy with reception staff. They had issue with card machine. And we had some billing issue as we had booked through booking.com and we asked for room upgrade at hotel which was provided to us but at check out they were not clear with the total amount with the bill. And the staff from night shift was continuously calling me for the remaining payment which was error from their end. Even though I said I would come and clear the bill he was continuously calling me to do asap. It was irritating. Which I cleared it later the other day.

The staff at lhe last moment cheated and changed my room type. Had to argue and ask for a better room after check in. Its overpriced and approach to the hallways are very shabby and not clean . The lift stinks and better to check in first to see the condition of the rooms and then later check in . The bellboy was very rude and arrogant.

We like the location of property, The food and service was great. complementory brkfast was also very good.

In my room intercom was not working, ac remote was also not working.. little bit of maintenace issues was there.
