Le professionnalisme de l hôtel

The location was perfect, and the bedroom was nice and spacious.
The customer service was very bad. I am pregnant and we came on this trip to relax before the birth, but it was very stressful at times. There were always a lot of staff and we can’t understand why it took so long for anything to happen. We asked many times for drinks and food by the pool, pillows to be delivered to the bedroom, service at mealtimes (including to be given cutlery to eat!) The staff were polite, but there was a lot of staff so we don’t understand why we have to wait so long and ask many times for one thing. We asked for a glass of wine maybe 10 times, we are still waiting for this wine….
We paid a lot of money for the trip, and we expect high class customer service for a nice hotel. I’m not sure I would recommend the stay for this reason.

Pool facilities, sauna and spa were awesome! Hotel decor and rooms are modern and there’s a nice balcony in each room. The hotel is great for relaxation as it’s family / kids free!
The price is over the top - there were some major things this so called luxury hotel is lacking. For example - they didn’t have fresh orange juice , the bar and snacks were not available starting from 5 pm on Friday. This is a religious hotel and keeping Shabbat which makes breakfast really not fresh as everything’s pre heated- no proper eggs or coffee. The staff was lacking basic knowledge as in to what’s the difference between the white wines it offered. Hotel is located near abu gosh and other Arab villages so prepare for some Muazin prayers blasting your balconies - and fireworks in case there’s a wedding in the village. Made me a bit uneasy. The price of this hotel could be cut down by 30%-40% easily. That’s it’s actual worth in my opinion and the group of friends that was staying with us.

Dinner was phenomenal - gourmet, but eat as much as you want - beautifully cooked, great flavors. Delicious.
The building work outside the hotel, but it didn't impact the enjoyment of our stay

Everything.
The room, the comfortable bed, the outstanding SPA, the multiple pools, the service.
A little bit more variety in the buffets would be good

Beautiful out-of-the-way location. Excellent and accommodating staff. Fantastic breakfast and dinner choices. Comfortable rooms and beautiful views.
Some of the bathrooms across from the pool need new locks on the doors

The bedroom is spacious, balcony small but pleasant with pleasing view. The food overall was very good. The spa, relaxing. The personal service at breakfast exceptionally efficient. Public sitting areas very pleasant.

Everything was lovely. Nice comfortable and spacious room, lovely atmosphere in the lounge bar, helpful staff in the restaurant and the ppol are aws not too busy.
The lines at reception were long. Had to wait a bit to be attended to.

calling the spa to make an appointment was a challenge
3.5
The hotel is beautiful and has the potential to be great. But it was very crowded and the staff was a bit short tempered and not as professional as they should be. The food was exceptional.
The staff was not professional.

Food was amazing. Massages were incredible
Not as luxurious as they make it out to be. Not as clean as I would have expected.
