The staff was really nice to us. We stayed in half board for shabat and they gave us shabbat lunch as a gift and check out on motzei shabbat, so it ended up being a full board covering all of the shabbat meals. We appreciate it.
We chose to stay for the weekend primarily because of the pool, but unfortunately, our baby wasn’t allowed in. The pool was closed early on Friday at 4:30 pm, just an hour and a half after check-in, which was at 3:00 pm. Additionally, the spa manager enforces a policy that restricts children under 4 years old from using the pool. This policy is quite inconvenient for families with young children, and it significantly impacted our experience.
The spa manager was very inflexible, despite us explaining that our child had special swim diapers and that he could personally verify they were being used, in addition to the fact that we are experienced swimmers. He was very unkind—disrespectful, I’d say—and asked us to leave the pool area, saying he didn’t care at all and wasn’t going to change his mind.
If you have children under that age, be aware that they will not be allowed to enter.

מקום מרווח ונקי
אוכל מזעזע. הבריכה לא מתאימה לילדים בכלל

View, location, the room. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed.
Overcrowded and needs more maintenance. The window in the 7th floor can't be locked which is dangerous and some stuff in the room needed fixing.

Very nice hoteand a very nice room with an excellent view to Jerusalem. Good dinner and breakfast. A bottle of wine in the room was very nice and also a dinner on the house. Parking was easy. Many nice sitting areas and paths outside. Highly recommended. I surely will choose this hotel again. Staff in the lobby are helpfull and kind.
They didn’t have outdoor pool

Management is exceptional by a person named Hadas. Very caring and sincere for guest needs. Excellent meals and the service is really to be highly commended,. Such excellent staff in the dining room as I have not seen enough in Israel so good like this staff in hotels. The messages are really the best in Israel at the spa I found, jacuzzi is fantastic, a juice bar is so nice too. You feel like you are in a modern but ancient Israel. Prices are best in area for what you get.
The spa is not hotel owned. It is not used exclusively for guests but locals too.

nice location, lots of things to do in the area. The staff (especially the manager Hadas) was very accommodating and tried to solve every problem we had.
Breakfast could use some more fresh fruit. I also did not like the use of plastic and paper cups in the dining room.
