great apartment, perfect location and the loveliest hosts!

Excellent & amazing

Friendly welcome on arrival, host about to answer any questions and provide local info. Apartment had everything we needed, planning our next visit already for Feb 25, we will definitely be back.

Lovely apartment in good location

Great location - short walk into town. Good parking facilities. Near the main road, so easy to get to places to visit. Book for visitors with all sorts of information you may require including good places to visit.

Arundel break

Very clean, with nearly everything you could need provided. Host very nice and friendly. No hassle booking, or on arrival or leaving. Free parking, 4 minute walk to town centre and castle. Warm and cosy environment.

Bathroom was rather outdated, I found the bed rather uncomfortable, lumpy, and some of the springs were broken. Ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was quite hard, but better for my bad back. Would recommend the use of a good quality memory foam mattress, and a bi fold door for the shower space, rather than a curtain. Property also situated next to a main road roundabout, which was quite noisy at times.

Fabulous self catering apartment, would totally recommend

The apartment was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and kitchen well stocked with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware and pans. It was in a good location only a short walk into town with private off road parking. There is also a lovely garden and decking area which would be wonderful in warmer weather. The host is super friendly and helpful. She has thought of everything, lots of local information available and special touches like complementary milk, tea and coffee.

A wonderful place to stay! Will visit again for sure.

The hosts were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them. The kids and I felt at home in the apartment as it had everything we needed. The dog was also very content with the big garden space.

My car breaking down! 🤣 However the hosts helped to get everything sorted out. 👍🏻

Excellent location, beautiful garden. Our dog loved it. Nice and clean, host very helpful and friendly. We loved it and thank you for contributing to our lovely stay in Arundel.

Maybe change the shower head as not enough pressure coming through such a small one. Just a minor thing really.

Family feel service with comfortable homely apartment, in convenient location.

Close to the town centre, has a very handy Coop supermarket a couple of minutes walk away, friendly feel due to decoration, and very clean. Everything you could need in the kitchen - nice attention to detail on this front. Suitable for short or longer stays. And the bed size means a great night’s sleep.

This is our "go to" location when we stay in Arundel. Ticks all the boxes.

Very comfortable quiet surroundings. Well equipped apartment and spacious. Very good access to Arundel centre and shops. Small supermarket a short walk from the premises. Good parking provision.

A lovely apartment, ideally situated for a stay in Arundel.

It was a pleasure for my wife and I to stay at Portreeves for a couple of nights at the end of November. Joanne (our host) was agreeable to an early check in for our arrival which was greatly appreciated and she was extremely helpful and efficient with her communications about our booking and she gave us a very warm welcome on arrival. The pint of milk in the fridge and a small bowl of chocolates were a nice touch. We had been assigned the front of the two apartments which was very comfortable and well equipped and the central heating worked well which was important given the time of year! There was a table and 2 chairs in the front garden. We could have had access to the back garden, if required. The location is superb as the apartment is a 5 minute walk to the bottom of the High Street with its shops, tea/coffee bars and restaurants etc and similar too, for Arundel station in the other direction.

A minor issue for me - being a gentleman of 6 foot and 16 stone - was the fact that the large towel provided for each of us was not quite big enough for me !

Very clean and comfortable accommodation in a perfect location to explore the South Downs. Very convenient for beautiful Arundel and all its lovely eateries. Joanne made us very welcome - thank you.

Wonderful stay with large peaceful garden backing onto river and close to castle

Lovely place to stay in Arundel.

An apartment is comfortable, clean, nicely finished, has all necessary equipment and a big bonus is that it has a lovely outside sitting area.

Central heating cannot be regulated by guests.
