Хорошее расположение в первой линии пляжа, пляж в шаговой доступности, отдельные домики, довольно просторно, есть кондиционер.

Плохо работал интернет, если вам нужен интернет для работы, не надейтесь на местный Wi-Fi.

You can wash you feet before going in, they provide some dishes in the room, really close to the beach and you can also rent a bike here.

Many mosquitos in the area during our stay. Be sure to use repellent a lot cause we got Dengue fever here. The bungalow is nice but when we came AC was terrible and door didn’t lock. Owner fixed that. There was no hot water. Also the owner was mostly nice but he had his moods and often he was not so eager to help. When we asked him to take the trash out he sent us to the big trash can to do it ourselves. I don’t know what changed but few hours later he offered to clean the whole room 😁 At first we didn’t really feel welcome there, we actually had a feeling like we were a burden to him. But other times he was friendly and talkative. Make your opinion…

A spacious bungalow, close to a nice beach, a hotel where hospitality is somewhat lacking...

The location on a beautiful beach and the price were the main reasons for choosing this hotel. The bungalow was spacious. There was a refrigerator. The hotel was calm. The AC in my room was working well.

Many things: - The staff could have been more friendly and helpful. They clearly do not care much about making our stay pleasant. - The restaurant is placed on a beautiful beach but very hot because the tables do not have a fan. - The meals that I could eat were tasty, but the dinner stops at 8 PM, a bit early for me. - The bungalow has a balcony but has no fan and is difficult to use when the weather is very hot, as it was during my stay. - The bungalow was quite dark - The wifi not really usable, I used my 5G.

Very good

Great location, right next to a quiet and beautiful beach. Large and spacious bungalows, nice restaurant with good food and possibility to rent a scooter. Welcoming and friendly owners.

Dark wooden old fashioned cabin with AC

Near the beach. Good AC.

Very dark cabin with old fashioned furniture and curtains like in grandma’s. To shower the whole bathroom goes wet and the hot water comes and goes without warning. Broken tiles.

Poo and her family are very friendly and welcoming. The bungalow is simple but sufficient. The beach is only 30 meters away. I used their laundryservice and also booked a motorbike with them, which was fairly priced. When I got a flat tire Poo send someone to repair it. Great service!! I will book again and stay longer next time. :-)

Lovely family run bungalows on a beautiful beach. Laid back. Great value for money. Amazing food and smoothies at great prices. It has a great energy about it and would stay again!

Never ever again! So relieved to leave!

The location was beautiful.

The rooms are dark, depressing, dated and our mattress was mouldy. The shower was nothing more than a drip. There seemed to be one female who did all of the work whilst the others just laid about all day. I cried when we turned up here. The rooms are worse than the photos show.

The place is near the beach.

The family who running this place! There was a misunderstanding between us about the price for one more night. They didn't try to talk and find a solution but they yelled at us and insult us. Even tried to threat us and wanted to fight. The father and the daughter were totally irrespectful and ask us to leave immediately. We are not the first one to have an experience like that, there are other comments on booking with similar stories. One advice: choose an other hotel. Last thing: some beds are terrible and sometimes we didn't have hot water in the shower.

Excellent location just a few steps to my favourite beach. The staff were so friendly. Spacious room with a large balcony. A very cheap price. I'd stay there again.

It would be great if the fans worked (they were disabled) as I prefer them to air conditioners.

A basic beach hut with a great location.

location was excellent

unfortunately our room had many many ants. We had to wash them away in the bathroom every few hours as they continued to build up. I think we were unlucky with our room.

Good value for price stay and definitely a good location in the more chill area of the island

Location was great, right by the beach and the owners were lovely. Great value for price.

The beds were unfortunately very uncomfortable and the rooms had little natural light.

The room was clean and spacious and the owners are very nice. Its located directly at the beach and you can rent SUPs. We wanted to stay 3 nights but stayed longer :-)

Good value for money

Staff (a family) is so incredibly nice. They just let you be but if you need anything, they'll arrange it righteaway. Bungalow is clean and very good value for your money! In front of a nice beach with massage in front of it, also good places to eat reachable via the beach.

There's two double beds in my bedroom which doesn't make a lot of sense when you book for one person, there's also no chair for the 'makeuptable' or closet. But that's just Thai design everywhere isn't it :) Also the shower wasn't properly working at first. But then it did. Guess it had to restart after not being used for a long time. But in all honesty, the staff and calmness of the area really made my stay.

It was perfect!

Great bungalows by beautiful Haad Yao beach. It is an excellent location, walk 30 steps to the beach, and Haad Yao is a wonderful, peaceful area to stay on Koh Phangan. Da and her family are very kind and hospitable and will make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Make sure to get the fruit salad at the beachside restaurant.
