The staff was exceptional and so kind!
They were helpful in finding me accommodation for the ferry as well as a scooter, the food was delicious and the pool is immaculate!
The room was extremely spacious and comfortable with a working kitchen as well (:
I didn’t know how to work the induction stove top that plugged in but that’s a user error!

Great location very accommodating staff
The office closes in the evening

Spectacular view. Couldn't ask for more
Pricy, and the rooms aren't as luxurious as I would expect for the price

The oceanview pool was very lovely, the food was very nice and the gentleman serving us food and drinks at the pool was great!
If we had a liveable room this place would have a nice vibe, but our room was riddled with mold and the smell that mold produces, It was unbearable and when we approached the ladies at the front desk they very rudely and bluntly stated if we wanted to change rooms we needed to pay for our upgrade, then just ignored us as if we weren't there. We are not fussy people at all, happily staying in hostels etc but this room was not sleepable, awful springy bed and the stench. Luckily we were only staying one night or we would have asked for our money back. We stayed in the standard double room so i would suggest not booking that room :)

View from the pool.
Dirty bed and pilow sheets, stainy towels, dirty and stainy bathroom and smell of mold in whole room. The room was too dark, with gray walls, bad ligthing and small window which looks at the other gray wall. Also, its not allowed to throw a toilet paper in a toilet seat, you have to throw it in trash can without coverlid. Disgusting!

Excellent and friendly staff. They are always to help us with anything. The view from the swimming pool is spectacular. parking for motorbikes, delicious food, co-working space, the hotel is located near the Secret beach.

Nice pool, nice cafe-working area.
The room that I got hadn't any air in it, it was damp as fuck, and hard to breathe, like some moldy-wet-whatever. I told management about this, they offered to cancel the booking - one day after the full-moon party when the whole island is booked. Helps a lot. Then they sent cleaner because the air vents were dusty as hell, even cleaner after entering the room agreed that it was super hard to breathe due to that rotten-wet-thickness in the air, but they told me I'd get another room the next day.
The next day I asked about another room, and I get the room next to mine, with the same problem. Management told me I could pay extra and get an upgrade. PAY EXTRA FOR NORMAL BREATHABLE AIR - sounds like a great deal. Then they offered me free cancelation (of course I have to pay for the night I stayed) and after 18h (I'm working remotely) in that room I agreed.
But the process again was super complicated, I was made to call the booking, deal with their support, etc, etc. In short, the best way to sum up the staff's attitude was, I quote, "I understand you are angry about air, but it's this room. You paid for this room you have to stay here." Also, room was on the street side with zero sound isolation.

relatively remote if that’s your thing. beautiful pool and helpful staff. however, it was clear they’re understaffed at the moment.
we booked a standard room and it was fine however, it was WAY over priced. our friends stayed in a sea view room which was extremely beautiful and far superior and only 250baht more expensive per night. We went for the full moon party. Taxi’s are VERY expensive on Koh phangan and charge per person. This hotel is remote and charges add up. The hotel charged us for getting glow paint on their towels, we were not aware that the paint damaged the towels so be warned they will charge you. we were fine to pay however, a warning at check in would have been considerate and we could have avoided the surcharge.

Good location with great sea views from the pool and the villas, beautiful interior design, big infinity pool.
Housekeeping is only upon request, some of the rooms are facing the road with no view and poor daylight (so we paid extra to upgrade to villa) the restaurant/pool bar are closed most of the time

the view and the pool
The room was dirty and had a strong smell of mold.
it’s really was hard to stay and sleep in the room because of the smell , the staff told us that they didn’t have enough time to clean the room - that’s NOT something a guest should hear.
The rooms didn’t have any toilet paper when we checked in, there was no safe for our belongings.
The bar/restaurant next to pool had horrible service.
Right off the bat they tell you that food is gonna take AT LEAST 45 mins to arrive - WE GOT OUR FOOD 1.5 HOURS LATER! (Btw, Did I mention we were the ONLY ONES who ordered?!)

no service at all . they didn’t come to clean the room . once we check in our room was dirty and the glass door full of fingers print. very damp room.

The restaurant was excellent, the staff really nice. The pool was clean with an amazing view!
Issue with "electric" weird loud noise at all times when in the room. I couldn't sleep properly the entire stay, and when reporting the issue all I got was a "I know, it comes from all around the room, sorry" with no care in the world.... For the price, I expected to at least be able to sleep....
Plus, the room is really damp, with no possibility to open windows (no mosquito net)...

As soon as we arrived at 9pm (since we went by ferry), they asked us to pay for the room with a card, charging us a commission that was not included in the price of the reservation when making it. In addition, they demanded a 2000 bath deposit that is not included when booking. Upon arrival in the room it was very dirty, especially the towels, the shower and the bed. Two nights we couldn't sleep because there are roosters crowing around and they woke us up. We got them to change our room and first he wanted to take us to a totally poisonous one, until he put us in another of the same category as the one paid for. When we left he wanted to charge us 200 bath commission more than the ferry to Koh Tao is worth and charge us 100 bath more than what it cost us to hire a taxi at the port. The breakfast service is also a disaster, they take about 30-45 minutes to bring it when you are usually alone or at most with two more people waiting. The last day we had to go to the port without having breakfast. Definitely not the best place to stay.

-The pool was incredible.
-The normal dubble room may look a little bit dark from outside. But inside its very stylish and comfortable.
-beautifull sunset wich you can watch from inside the infinity pool.🌞
-fotos from booking are real.
-Only a little advise for the staff: some travellers want to leave early in the morning and are in a hurry. It would be good when de reception is occupied from 08:00 in the morning for a fast check out. For us it wasnt a problem😃👍🏽

It’s a good place but very expensive in comparison to other places which have the same quality.
they ask for 2000 bht cash deposit which wasn’t the case for the places that I stayed in Koh Samui.

I was here 5 years ago, and then was all much more nice and for more less money, restaurant is closed now, and one coffe place near the pool is new opened...
- we pay extra money for upgrade the room near pool (which was not clean), not clean room at all, we warned them and wait to clean it again...
- A/C very loud, so we have to turn it off and on few times durring the night:/
- 2000 THB per night, not worth it for..

We had such a wonderful stay at Sea Garden Resort the past two nights. The staff couldn't do enough for us and our room was so lovely overlooking the sea and very clean. The pool had a lovely coffee shop beside it and the pool was warm at night where you could sit and have a cocktail. We have stayed in lovely hotels the past few weeks around Thailand but this was one of our favourite places so far.We will be back!!

Good place, clean and well located, the landscape view is awesome and the people who work in there are amazing! We spent hours and hours talking about the Thai culture, they even made me drink a strawberry Fanta and one of their Thai beverages. Nicest people I met in Thailand! 🥰🥰
