A Lastarria gem!

I stayed at this hotel twice. Excellent base for exploring Lastarria and other sites and just steps away from the park (perfect for dog-watching), fine arts museum, shops, great restaurants, bars and cafes. Staff were very helpful with transportation requests (these are outsourced and the service provider is very efficient - great airport transfer service), printing of documents and holding luggage while travelling to Rapa Nui. Breakfast was more than ample - the traditional South American offerings with some additional items such as a small selection of roasted vegetables, tomatoes and avocado. The hotel provided some nice touches such as a computer for guests, water throughout the day and coffee with some small snacks in the lounge area. Comfortable rooms with a small balcony and desk. Lovely experience and I would have no hesitation staying here again.

The hotel ran out of milk one morning at breakfast. Since there were shops just steps away, just a bit surprised that this was not dealt with.

We had to move our dates around a number of times due to weather delays on other reservations and the staff was so helpful in making sure there was a place for us to stay.

great location, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, lovely interior & exterior, cant really think of anything we didn’t like!

aircon in our room was rather temperamental - couldn’t get it to change off auto.

Excellent friendly service. Good food and clean, comfortable rooms. Very nice boutique hotel.

The staff are very pleasant, patient, and helpful. We didn't speak Spanish and had a major problem happen while we were there and they were very helpful. Food also very good and excellent breakfast.

Very good

We like the location of the hotel. Walking distance to reach the city attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was very good. The luggage storage service was excellent. After we checked out, we still had a good staying in the lobby with books reading and internet playing.

We didn't know for what kind of reason, we had ordered Superior double or twin room in park side, but we got a standard room in street side.

Fabulous location near good restaurants and cafes - all in easy walking distance. Staff were very helpful. Good breakfast.

It would be good to have a shower in the rooftop pool area bathroom. Rooms were stylish but lacked a few basics - no iron and ironing board.

The manager of the brekfast buffet was wonderful. Excellent healthy selections. Excellent cafe con leche.

The TV was a bit of trouble, with the signal on and off but fixed it.

Centrally located in a very pleasant neighbourhood

Central location within walking distance to the fish market, the mountain, good restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was very good with plentiful options. Lovely park just in front of the hotel.

Maybe I wasn't paying attention, but it seemed like all rooms in this hotel would face the quiet park. Except the back of the hotel was actually on a fairly busy street. It wasn't too bad, but not quite what I was expecting.

great place to stay

all is fine: great location (close to two metro stations), good structure, nice room space, great breakfast, staff extremely lovely, price fair. I would surely stay over and over in this hotel.

this modern tendency of separating room and bathroom with glass instead of wall is terrible. it is not exclusive in this hotel, but it has so too. moreover, moving the mattress around would help to move its most used part to feet and legs rather than shoulders, neck and head.

All staff were very helpful. There was a very wide choice of food for breakfast. The location was very good for the central part of the city with many restaurants close by.

the properti itself it’s very good: well decorated, centered and clean.

we had a problem still not solved about being overcharged for our stay. be mindful if you pay with debit cards as apparently this was the reason explained by the hotel staff. booking gave me the reason so they either have a weid system we did not experience anywhere else in Chile or they try to scam us

Amazing spot and nice staff.

nice staff, well located

the bathroom shower isn’t sealed well and leaked into the carpet. this occurred in both our rooms. also the breakfast isn’t until 8am which is late for me, and even at 8am the hot food wasn’t ready for another 15-20 mins
