Incroyable endroit pour des vacances en famille et pour se ressourcer

Le cadre, la gentillesse du personnel, le Buffet incroyable, la qualité er la variété des plats proposés.

Rapidité du service au niveau du bar et à la plage où il fallait parfois attendre 40 minutes pour être servi

Tout ! Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire! L’hôtel était magnifique avec la végétation et les extérieurs très bien entretenus. Les chambres très bien décorées, très confortables et bien agencées. Le personnel était très gentil , toujours à se soucier de notre confort. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était fabuleux , il y en avait pour tous les goûts. Le buffet du soir ,à l’identique , avec des thèmes différents tous les soirs. La salle de sport est très bien fournie en matériel , il y en a pour tous les goûts et les niveaux. Isabelle était adorable et toujours avec le sourire. Les piscines , une adulte et une pour les enfants étaient très bien entretenues et immenses . La plage est très jolie et les activités nautiques étaient aussi parfaites pour l’ensemble de notre famille. Nous étions en famille avec un adolescent et un jeune adulte.

Beautiful place for quiet rest and relaxation.

Grounds were beautiful and very spacious, it felt very quiet during the day. Rooms were excellent. Location is perfect, loads of space and loungers on the beach. Breakfast and dinner buffet had many options, and food quality was very good.

Only some minor things; quality of drinks could be better given the overpriced cost of all drinks (except in the Buddha Bar). Delayed check in after a long flight and no sleep and in the hottest part of the day could have been expedited.

I wouldn't come here again for the price I paid.

Beach and location are nice.

The bed (mattress) is very bad. Both myself and my wife had stiff shoulders due to the mattress during our stay. Also, the buffet at main restaurant is very bad. The selection of meals and quality of food made us want to leave the hotel multiple times. There are other restaurants that are really good in the resort however, you would have to pay extra and reserve 3-4 days in advance for each night for those. They are Buddha Bar Beach and Citronella's.

Lo staff è davvero carino e disponibile. La nostra housekeeper, Patricia, è stata attentissima a tutte le nostre esigenze, facendo la differenza sul nostro soggiorno. Anche il tour operator si è dimostrato valido quando, onestamente, ci ha consigliato di annullare un’uscita in barca per snorkelling per via del brutto tempo previsto. Infine, se vi capita di andare alla spa, non si può non provare il massaggio con Shay.

Resort fait pour rester sur place une semaine au moins pour bénéficier des activités (à réserver longtemps à l’avance).

Le cadre, la plage avec un somptueux coucher de soleil, les activités, l’accueil. Le service en chambre matin et soir.

L’eau payante pendant le buffet (une bouteille offerte en chambre), étant donné le prix de la nuit ….

Beautiful but pricey for what it is (I guess we’re paying for the beach)

Very aesthetically pleasing, best long beach!

Price, food wasn’t as good as other hotels. Service not as good either. E.g. int he buffet restaurants the waiters are clearly not as experienced as other hotels (Constance) where service is a priority.

Le paradis des parents 😅😇

Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin : un kids club pour nos enfants, une salle de sport, un spa, une plage magnifique…. Buffets tous les jours….

Ce que nous avons moins aimé c’est notre chambre : il y avait pas mal de circulation de personnes près de notre chambre et la porte doit être mal insonorisée. Nous l’entendions absolument pas nos voisins et les activités qui se déroulaient de l’autre côté. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter 😌

Один из лучших отелей!

Очень красивый, ухоженный отель. У нас был полупансион. Вся еду вкусная! На ужин обилие морепродуктов, другой разнообразной еды. Свежевыжатые соки в индивидуальных бутылках, разнообразные местные, главное-спелые и вкусные фрукты. Прекрасный персонал, стильные номера, уютное лобби, парадная лестница от лобби через аллею пальм велел к океану. Пляж чистый, удобный спуск. До этого жили в трех отелях на острове, включая соседний Хилтон, этот самый топ!

На ужин подают только фруктовый салат) Хотелось фрукты!

Amazing beach, stylish exterior and interior design, doesn’t feel crowded even as it’s a large resort.

Limited privacy with adjacent rooms as patios are semi-separated by wooden fences.

Ein erholsamer Strandurlaub auf einer der schönsten Inseln im indischen Ozean

Eine wirklich top gepflegte Anlage mit freundlichem Personal (teilweise sehr freundlich: hier möchte ich besonders Pamela vom Fitnesscenter und Shootse von der Strandbar Citronellas anmerken) und allen Annehmlichkeiten.

All inklusive heißt hier nicht all inklusive. Ich habe mich bewusst für das AI Package entschieden, da ich eine Getränkepauschale haben wollte und mir das ewige separate unterschreiben, wenn man an die Strandbar geht oder zwischendurch etwas trinken möchte ersparen wollte. Leider nein. Nicht nur, dass man bei jeder Bestellung die Zimmernummer bekanntgeben muss, sind nicht alle Getränke AI - manche haben einen reduzierten Preis gegenüber jenen Gästen, die kein AI haben - muss man jedesmal eine Rechnung unterschreiben. Mühsam, wenn man einen anderen "all in" Service gewohnt ist!

Elegant and peaceful stay with beautiful beach.

The hotel and the surroundings are beautiful. Very stylishly decorated starting from the reception area. The beach is fabulous with its shallow and clear water. I liked that there were not entertainment music that echos over the resort until late in the evening. There was a music in Buddha bar where people could enjoy.

The pool water could have been warmer and it would have been nice to have water included in half-board meal plan.

A dream vacation, would visit again!

A beautiful resort. Very lively! Every day there was something different going on. Most of the staff are flexible and will go out of their way to help! Even when faced with a minor issue here or there it is handled perfectly and that’s the most important part! The beach is beautiful, the dinner buffet variety was impressive! Stayed for 5 nights and it was a different cuisine/theme every night! With live cooking stations and something for everyone.

Turned out slightly far from everything we wanted to visit like 40+ mins. But if your plan is to kinda stay at the resort then it is perfect!

It was fantastic…and great customer service from servers at the restaurant to the receptionist.

I think the room decor was amazing and it was very clean…the balcony was a great view ..I loved the entrance space to get changed with the wardrobes.

I think the toilet and shower let it down slightly as the toilet could have been more spacious …and there should have been a bath tub.

Bien mais mieux la première fois, la vue mer on cherche encore

L'hôtel et la plage sont toujours aussi magnifiques, mention spéciale au kid's club où le personnel est adorable et les activités originales ! merci aussi à Manesha pour le massage au spa, un bonheur absolu :) les repas (matin et soir) sont toujours aussi copieux, variés et bons c'est vraiment un point fort ici.

Le point négatif cette fois ci en réservant via booking est d'avoir eu une chambre au fin fond de l'hôtel (764) loin de toutes les commodités (restaurant, club nautique, spa, piscine pour les enfants, etc...) dommage avec un petit de 4 ans quand il faut retraverser tout l'hôtel pour faire la moindre chose. Et nous avions pris une chambre vue mer, nous avions vue au loin sur la piscine... Nous étions venus il y a quelques années et avions été mieux lotis. L'accueil n'était également pas au top cette fois-ci, assez long et fastidieux, le personnel, peu nombreux, semble assez vite débordé à l'arrivée et au départ.

The service from the rest of the team was not professional not friendly and rude. They didnt make us feel comfortable they didnt make us feel welcomed we were rushed ignored and treated badly

Feels like home away from home. The staff made our family feel so welcome

Staff were absolutely fantastic. In particular Nalini, Fazel and Shweta. They were fantastic with the kids and went out of their way to make our stay so comfortable.

Unfortunately the hotel couldn’t accommodate us with an inter-leading room. The staff tried their best but it just made or stay a little difficult with three small kids. Next time we book, we would like to be guaranteed inter-leading rooms.

Wow! It's hard to describe how beautiful this place is! Truly a beautiful resort. The lawns, the beach, the restaurants, the pools, the golf course... everything is amazing. I really loved the grand piano being played at night when you arrive for dinner at the main restaurant and the live entertainment. The food at the Citronella was really amazing but also really good all round in all the restaurants. The beach bar personnel were really awesome and always ready to the serve a cocktail or food, especially Asgal, he was very friendly and attentive and made us feel very welcome. Shoutout to Asgal!! The rest of the staff was also extremely friendly and helpful and always made an effort to say hallo and to help whenever we needed anything. Rooms were clean, minibar always stocked. The receiption staff was very accommodating and helpful, making all the arrangements for my day of golf. The dive centre was well equipped with new and good equipment. All and all a really awesome stay. I don't really have anything to complain about... One word of caution, if you are planning on going to swim in the sea I suggest wearing water shoes. I highly recommend Sugar Beach

beautiful resort with great services

the room, the services, the food diversity and quality, the location, the beach and how it was decorated, the pools, the evening shows, the fruit bar from breakfast. that we could access also La Pirogue resort facilities.

i didn’t like that the ocean was filled with algae and that they didn’t clean up the shore and water at all. i also disliked that most of the chairs from the terrace where dirty with birds poop…i never saw anyone cleaning the chairs while staying there.
