Not worth the price - Pictures look better than what it is

Breakfast was average and not great for the price paid. Location was great for the beach as it's right at the front and there are some facilities which can be used by guests. The staff are great and very friendly which make the stay better

room was dated and not what I was expecting for the price. The room I was in had a lot of ants in the bathroom which meant for the remaining days I kept everything packed in my suitcase.

It was a one night stay so we could see this side of the island during our one week vacation. It is good that we did not plan our whole holiday here relying on the photos on the site. There is a difference between them and the other places we stayed at the same price level. There is not a single positive aspect we can say except the location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The bathroom of the room smelled completely and the smell was covering the whole room. The bed springs were broken and creaked at the slightest movement and was uncomfortable. We were constantly woken up by the sound of the bed. There was constant noise from the corridor for room cleaning in the early hours of the morning. Internet was not working properly from the room. I don't think he's even worth half of his money. Well below expectation. I definitely do not recommend. You can stay in more luxurious and hygienic hotels for the same prices.

Séjour gâché, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

J'ai aimé le petit déjeuner et l'emplacement de l'hôtel

J'avais réservé une chambre économique de cet hôtel 4 étoiles. Quelle déception ! Surprise à l'arrivée : la chambre (chambre 412) est à dans un bâtiment extérieur à l'hôtel, face à l'hôtel, coincée entre 2 rues bruyantes. La chambre donne directement sur l'entrée des cuisines de l'hôtel et la zone de déchargement et des poubelles. Conséquences : nuisances sonores toute journée, une grande partie de la nuit et très tôt le matin. impossible de dormir y compris avec des boules quies. Des camions viennent décharger de la marchandise en permanence et laissent tourner leur moteur + passages permanent de voitures, des clients et du personnel de l'hôtel + les arrêts de bus de tourisme et autres véhicules. Cette chambre ne devrait pas être proposée aux clients, surtout pour un tarif de 200e la nuit !!! A force d'insister tous les jours et en menaçant au final de porter réclamation, l'hôtel m'a changée de chambre au bout de 5 jours; mais ces 5 jours ont été gâchés.

The staff was rude and not co-operative at all; the staff kept asking for extra money. The room service is horribe; they charge a fees to deliver even a water bottle to your room, and no one informs about the fees during check in. we had to come down from our room each time to get anything!

I’ve enjoyed my stay on the island. Hotel was cheap so can’t complain the quality. But there is massive space to improve

Easy access to the beach, nice and friendly staff - especially at the bar :)

Low quality shower room and toilet in the room. No option for late check out. Shower room after checking out offered by staff was a mess… Gym not usable - all equipment in very poor, not usable condition. All inclusive option, but food every day this same…

Loved the location, the food, the quality of drinks, the easy relaxed beach, the comfy pool, the room was really nice and I had a great sea view - after a small debate with the staff who tried to put me in the annex across the road. Hold your ground and they'll make sure you're in the main resort. Honestly this was a fabulous stay and I would come back. I really enjoyed how sweet the staff were. Ray on the beach, happy birthday to your little girl! You deserve a raise and all the tips. I was so welcomed and it was lovely.

I did not like the annex building across the road. Too much traffic noise. Don't stay there.

The staff are very kind and friendly and they are alyws smiling, the location is perfect, 100 meters away from a supermarket, tourism agency , souvenir shops, 15 mins away by car from Casela Park

No too much variation for breakfast buffet but it was ok

Proximity of the beach

Service was slow. Staff keep talking to each other instead of attending to guest. Would be better if they explain tour options when you arrive. I only learnt about the dolphin tour bc I went on a kayak and the man at the boat house told me. Otherwise im not sure how I was supposed to find out

luckily I only had one night there due to my flight been changed as I would never have chose this place, anybody reading

location was decent but that’s where it ends

where do I start, there is no way on earth this is a 4 star hotel and forget about the photos of the place, 40 minutes to check in, food is terrible served from old fashioned ban Marie tins which burn you when you lift the lids and then there’s nowhere to put the lid, drinks served in plastic scratched glasses, dirty sheets, blood in 2 places, I have photos, under staffed, I had to ask for towels for the loungers and was told he would be an hour, he was also the barman and ran off his feet, tiles missing from bottom of pool, dirty grout in bathroom, simply dated and desperate for a revamp.

Not worth the money and a 4 stars

Breakfast was ok, location not the best in Flic and Flac, small beach. Ants in the sinks in the bathroom. We had an unpleasant experience with staff which I will avoid recalling on this platform. I can just say nothing was done about it apart from apologising with no sign of any sort of gesture of good will at all during our stay, disappointing for a 4 stars hotel.

Very good

Special consideration for our baby from the staff and the view was amazing. The food was nice and the beach is very relaxed.

The hotel room didn't feel as luxurious as we expected from a 4* hotel. As in doors that didn't close easily, the wooden look of which some parts just fell down or a leaking bathroomdoor and noize in the evening hours. Also we were placed on the 3rd floor with a babystroller and no elevator.

Wonderful stay,

Wonderful views, helpful and attentive staff. Their spa was the best I've ever experienced.

.Their food was really not that good. Evening buffets were unimaginative and the red meat was like eating your shoes. Breakfast was good, though.

I would happily go back to this hotel, but in a different room.

The location was excellent, right by the beach. Restaurant food was good, and the staff very pleasant and helpful.

The room I had looked a little "tired", with chipped and worn paint. Bizarrely there was a towel rail on the wall by the shower, which meant the shower door could only be partially opened. The shower wasn't that great either.
