Amazing!

Super accommodatie, veel ruimte. Balkon voor de roker’s, een muziekje aan doet niemand moeilijk over en de badkamer het hoog nodige om in de avond te vlammen!

Ze mogen wat meer handdoeken aanbieden afhankelijk van de duur van het verblijf.

Decent for short stays compared to expensive hotels

Location was close to beach, restaurant and taxi station The reception lady was very helpful and friendly

Air conditioning was not good, toilet in main bedroom was very bad, no door for bathroom and so tiny even small people can’t fit in toilet!

Pleasant

Sonja was delightful, very friendly and helpful, our flight was delayed so we didn't arrive to early hour of morning but it appeared to be no problem to Sonja. She was keen to help with bags etc on the long climb up four flights. Sonja was helpful the whole week, and we could leave our bags on last day as our flight was an evening flight. The apartment was 30 seconds walk to a lovely beach and Ibiza Town and the whole if Ibiza is gorgeous

The apartment was pretty basic with minimum facilities in kitchen, broken shower, broken blinds , poor views , basic beds with thin blankets , minimum thin small towels, for the money I thought it was pretty basic. It is next to a night club so a little noisy at weekend nights but I think that is inevitable.

The stay met our expectations, the property was very reasonably priced.

The host was very friendly and willing to help with anything that we might need. We were very near the sea and getting there and back was very simple. The apartment had an AC which helped a lot and cooled the room very effectively.

Some of the parts were not very clean. One room had a window next to which the AC (outside unit) was placed, so the room was very hot despite the AC in the apartment. And we could hear knocking from the AC there.

Good afordable alternative in Ibiza close to beach

We loved the balcony and the living room. Good common areas. Friendly and helpful staff who answered quickly if we needed anything. ok beach nearby and grocery store.

A bit noisy from the hallway so hard to sleep at times. Beds could have been a bit more comfortable.

Go somewhere else

The location was great.

My brother arrived before me and picked up the keys. He told me the Wi-Fi didn’t work. When I arrived I concurred with my brother that indeed the Wi-Fi internet didn’t work. The host told me he would get it fixed the next day. I told him that was not acceptable. He wanted the full $900 plus damage deposit. I was exhausted from traveling and instead of paying the full I told him that I would pay the deposit. The next day I found a 3 star hotel that was a bit further away however didn’t have the noise, the lack of security (the front gate was broken) and there were more than 2 outlets in the hotel. If this place had Wi-Fi, security and a view of something other than a brick wall it would be worth about $90/night.

Location was good

None of the pictures of the announce were relative to the actual appartement we had, bed and bath linen were dirty, air conditioning was not working, shower was dirty and clogged, entire appartement was damaged (holes, scratches, rust, dust …). Nobody was there so we can complain, except for checkin and checkout

Exceptional

The place is perfectly located at the city center and a few steps away from the beach, making it ideal for vacation or for someone who is also remotelly working, like me. The hostess is a very nice person, always very helpful and friendly to ensure we can take the best out of the experience. I highly recommend and would gladly come back again.
