Fantástico! Super recomendo!

O café da manhã é maravilhoso, sem contar que algumas comidas ficam disponíveis o dia todo. A receptividade realmente é um diferencial. Estive no hotel para uma prova de corrida, e sabendo disso eles prontamente anteciparam todo o café da manhã para os que tinham prova e precisavam comer mais, tudo com muito carinho e qualidade.

perfeito! Quartos grandes, confortáveis, staf incrível e comidinhas e bebidas o dia todo!

O hotel está novinho e bem mantido. A atenção do staf é memorável. Nunca vi tanto acolhimento e presteza nos serviços. O local do café da manhã no lobby fica disponível o dia todo e gratuito! Uma delícia voltar dos passeios e poder pegar um café, uma bebida, um bolinho, uma fruta ou um alfajor!

o colchão realmente não é dos melhores para o meu gosto. É meio mole e encanoa. Mesmo assim, ficaria lá novamente!

Excelencia en atención,servicio y calidad!!

Atención excelente del personal, apenas llegue de mi viaje de inmediato ofrecen un refrigerio de cortesía, desayuno muy variado y completo,con productos frescos, y podes hacer uso durante todo el día,la habitación muy grande y limpia,colchón muy cómodo,baño completo con muy buena ducha , además muchos restaurantes en la zona y un gran centro comercial a 1 cuadra ,,muy seguro volvería sin dudarlo!!!!

El hotel es Excepcional!!!:) Tiene todo lo que uno necesita para un confortable descanso. Los chicos de recepción son muy atentos y te orientan en la salida por la ciudad Las habitaciones son súper amplias, excelentemente decoradas, limpias, El wifi espectacular! El desayuno merece una mención aparte: me quedé asombrada por la variedad, calidad y opciones que ofrecían libremente para degustar, allí encontrarás cantidad frutas de todo tipo- melón, uvas, duraznos, frutillas, banana, etc; panes de molde y caseros de todo tipo, con y sin semillas , integral, salvado, etc; omelettes de huevos hechos en el momento, café en granos molido en el momento y tés de todos los sabores ; frutos secos (nueces, almendras , pasas de uva, chips de banana , maní, etc) fiambres y sándwiches de todo tipo; yogures, jugos, tortas , budines , facturas , galletas , cereales, etc. También ofrecen variedad de licores y vinos para los que deseen en todo horario, la verdad me quedé impresionada con la cantidad, variedad de opciones frescas y naturales que ofrecen estando a la altura tranquilamente de un hotel 5 estrellas o superior!!! Recomendaría sin dudarlo al hotel Shoshana 💚 Destacar que está ubicado al alcance de todo tipo de transportes: colectivos , trenes , subtes y metrobús.

Exceptional

Many thanks to the owner and excellent staff! They made everything possible to make our stay in their facility, and generally in Buenos Aires, pleasant and convenient. They were always at our disposal to help with any type of requests we had. We liked a room which was really spacious and clean. One more great thing is to have some snacks, fruits and cakes available 24/7 in the lobby.

Great place to stay in Palermo

Bed & room were very comfortable and lobby was very comfortable with a selection of food and drink available at all times. Security was excellent & it’s an easy walk to Palermo Soho, many excellent restaurants and Plaza Italia. The staff were outstanding - friendly, helpful and happy to make arrangements for us, including currency exchange delivered to the hotel after hours and a very early taxi pickup to the airport. Highly recommend Shoshana. Thank you Ezekial & team!

Better than a 5 star hotel!

The room, the lobby and the staff were incredible! The room was spotless, comfortable bed and pillows, and huge shower! The lobby had free food and coffee all day! The reception staff were incredible kind, thoughtful, and friendly!

Fantastic stay, great staff, and location at Shoshana Boutique Hotel

Ezequiel and Santiago on reception were brilliant, and they spoke very good English. El Jefe (the boss) was very generous, there were some complimentary liqueurs and spirits and he went out and bought a bottle of my favorite liqueur for me to drink the following evening. It was great that this was a small boutique hotel with 8 rooms, and certainly provided the personal touch. Complimentary breakfast, and snacks were available through out the day which was great not to have to rush down for breakfast. Our room with balcony was huge, and well equipped, and the location was great, just round the corner to a street full of restaurants, and near to public transport, and several sites and attractions.

Fantastic staff

The staff at Shoshana went out of their way to make me feel welcome and ensured I enjoyed my stay. They were flexible and helped me solve a family emergency that came up while I was staying at the hotel without expecting anything in return. I highly recommend staying with them, and I will do so if I return to Buenos Aires.

Big and comfortable room. Excellent bed and shower. Free coffee and biscuits in the dinning area all day.

No telephone to call reception. No eggs and no sugar-free cereals in the breakfast.

Following generally very high opinions and high rating, the hotel met all our expectations - and we travel a lot and wide. Extremely helpful and attending staff, comfy bed, spacious apartment with lots of amenities, as rich audio/video gear and quiet (!) and efficient air condition. Fully equipped kitchenette - not tried by us but looked good! Breakfast pretty basic, (with a decent coffee), but a bonus of itself, as most of apart hotels does not provide any. The location could not be better - equally short distance to swath of restaurants/bars/cafes and the transport. Highly recommended!

See above. Sorry but the only downside of this hotel was the breakfast. Very weak coffee and limited selection. Things didn’t seem fresh.

Amazing, staff who are genuinely friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and clean and there seems to be food and drinks all day at the lounge area downstairs. The location is also amazing!
