Localização positiva

Banheiro muito escuro, box escorregadio, água saindo para fora do box. Cortina não apara o sol e não cobre toda janela. Não existe blackout.

Buen hotel pero los detalles son importantes

La ubicación es excelente y tener estacionamiento al lado mucho mejor. Si bien no es gratis se paga un 50% menos que otros de la zona.

Me molesta que se tome de excusa al covid 19 para reducir la calidad. Personalmente pase 4 noches, en teoría cada dos días se hace la limpieza de la habitación pero... no la limpiaron nunca. Tema desayuno: para un hotel de 2 o 3 estrellas esta bien pero no para un Dazzler. (¿ como influirá el covid en la variedad y tamaño de las porciones?). La gente del hotel le pone garra y corazon. La misma persona que recepciona te ayuda con las valijas y luego la vez sirviendo el desayuno... en fin. El covid...

Não vale o custo x benefício

Na verdade nada! As fotos não traduzem a realidade! Os quartos são relativamente grandes, mas sem muita estrutura. Banheiro péssimo, com banheira pequena e pra tomar banho vc precisa ser pequeno. Uma pessoa alta não fica confortável lá.

Ubicación relativamente buena

Mal olor, sucio, cucarachas en el baño, filtraciones de agua en el retrete. No es 4 estrellas pero cobra como tal. Los 2 recepcionistas atendieron el problema de las cucarachas eficientemente cambiando habitación pero el disgusto ya estaba generado. Desayuno bastante flojo, café malisimo. Precio mucho más elevado por impuestos que no te los calculan en el precio original lo cual es un despropósito. Con la diferencia de impuestos consigues algo mucho mejor.

Por encima del promedio y en muy buen nivel.

Excelentes camas, hace mucho no dormía tan bien, habitación espaciosa, limpio, abundantes toallas, personal muy amable y atento algo que no había encontrado en otros hoteles de la cadena. Muy bien ubicado, cerca del subte (metro), plazas para niños, restaurantes y algunos lugares donde hacer compras, además en taxi o uber se llega rápidamente a los principales atractivos de la ciudad.

Algunos detalles menores de la infraestructura, la ventana falla mínimamente en el aislamiento del ruido de la calle, aún así se podía dormir perfectamente. La cisterna del inodoro perdía un poquito de agua por la pared. Detalles circunstanciales de mantenimiento que se solucionan fácilmente, por el precio que pagué (por la diferencia de cambio) tampoco puedo pedir la perfección absoluta.

Grata surpresa! Ótima localização.

Hotel tem uma ótima localização, com vários restaurantes e barzinhos próximos, além de um shopping. Nos sentimos muito seguros, inclusive a noite. Café da manhã satisfatório, com ovos, frutas etc (vi muitas reclamações de ser o mesmo cardápio sempre, e é verdade, mas não acho que prejudique em nada). Equipe muito solicita e gentil. Quartos amplos, condizentes com as imagens. Certamente será nossa opção numa nova oportunidade.

Super expensive for the lack of quality, cleanliness and unfortunately honesty of the staff.

Location

Lacks cleaning, room seems empty with few furniture, bathroom is ridiculously small and after 3hrs from checkout I called the hotel asking them about a charging cable we forgot plugged in the television and they say it disappeared. I was still in Buenos Aires and could have got it, but apparently it disappeared even though there were no new guests on the room. Definitely not what you would expect for the price paid and from a global brand.

Great property at a reasonable value

I liked pretty much everything about this property. The rooms were great, the location was perfect, the staff were very helpful…. big thanks to Carlos at the reception front desk for being exceptionally helpful to us during our stay. The breakfast was decent, could have been better.

Nothing to say I really disliked about this hotel. Breakfast was okay, could have been better. Sometimes the elevator took a long time to come when we called for it.

good location, clean, large rooms. They have triple rooms. Very Friendly at help desk.

Needs some renovation. For example windows don’t close well and the street is quite noisy. Refrigerators didn’t work in neither of two rooms where we stayed.

Well-equipped hotel with great service but signs of wear and tear

The service was very friendly and the breakfast was copious and tasty. The location, by the Recoleta Cemetery, is ideal. Our room had great views over the cemetery. The gym was well equipped and practical.

The room was not totally clean (the bedside table was quite dusty) and the balcony door was hard to open and close. Altogether, the facilities were in far worse condition than for our previous stay. Instead of mineral water, bottles refilled with tap water had been left in our minibar.

The staff was very nice and extra helpful. The bed was comfortable. And the shower was excellent.

The pool, the patio, and the garden chaise longs. The morning sun inside the breakfast place. The amplitude of the rooms.

The location was good plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance,the staff where very friendly and really helpful we tayed for a total of 4nts over 3 separate occasions due to travelling around and we could leave our luggage there while we travelled to other parts of Argentina
