Lovely furnished house and room. Chilled free drinks in the minibar, which are refilled daily.
EDIT:
Do you know what's funny? After our stay in your villa you invited us by email to write a review. And now that we've done that, you're assuming that we want to "HuRt YoUr BuSiNeSs". Maybe YOU shouldn't be so arrogant and only expect positive reviews. If a customer makes a bad experience, he has every right to speak about it.
Your response? Ignoring legitimate criticism, insulting your customers and trying to deny their feelings. And now you're wondering about a bad review?
Let me help you:
Maybe next time you could put the information about Lazy Sundays on your website and into the booking process? (Btw most vacationers doesn't care which day it is, often they can't even remember it during their holidays. Maybe it's primarily you and your staff who appreciate the Lazy Sunday?)
Maybe next time you could ask your staff that "goes above and beyond" why they acting lazy on Mondays as well and don't honour agreements?
Maybe next time you don't make up stories? (We never asked for breakfast at 6:30 or 7. What makes you think that?)
Maybe next time you shouldn't make customers pay for services they can't use?
Maybe next time you could accept the criticism and use it to avoid bad experiences in the future and most importantly respond in a professional manner?
We tried to give an honest and fair feedback. Because of that we didn't take into account (and didn't mention) more unpleasantries that happened during our stay as well. We thought that where mistakes that can happen. Maybe we were wrong? But we will leave it at that.

Not a good location. The walk to Levanto train station/centre and the beach is long (20-30mins) and dangerous. The first part of the way has no sidewalks and street lights. When you are coming from a country, where you always have them at least within villages or towns, you feel scared walking a dark, relatively busy, winding road at night. Especially considering the - let's called it nicely - "passionate" driving style of most people living in Italy.
There were also some problems regarding breakfast. On our first day at Villa Valentina (Sunday), the breakfast was not served before 9am. In our opinion, that's very late. If you want to explore Cinque Terre, starting early is highly recommended. Unfortunately we only found out about the late breakfast time when we arrived. It would have been nice to know before you book a room. So we missed breakfast on Sunday. A good host would have offered to refund the breakfast already paid for in this case.
For our second day (Monday) we were asked in advance when we would like to have breakfast. When we arrived shortly after the agreed time, breakfast had not yet been prepared. The responsible waitress also had the nerve to react to our "early" appearance with a sarcastic comment.
Our room and accompanying patio were right at the main entrance to the property where all guests come in and out and also right next the busy road. So, a relaxed evening on the terrace was not possible.
There is a nice garden but no pool. I would have expected that in this hot area given the high price.
Owner responds to an honest, fair review on our part with false statements, intransigence and insults.

The breakfast at Villa Valentina was out of this world. It was absolutely amazing. Everything was so fresh from the tomatoes, the avocado’s. The eggs were so tasty and I honestly wish I could wake up to their breakfast every morning. The beds at Villa Valentina are so beyond comfortable. I truly didn’t want to leave the room. The patios are so cute to wind down and have a glass of wine after a fun filled day. Paola and Valentina really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home. They even booked us dinner reservations and got us a driver. The dinner was absolutely amazing and our driver was very kind and accommodating. Look no further if you’re visiting Cinque Terre! This is the number 1 hotel!

Friendly owner and staff that were more than helpful. The breakfast was really great and the Saturday pizza evening was awesome. Also, the pick-up at the train station on arrival was really appreciated!
A bit of a walking distance to the city center in the heat.

Villa Valentina is a beautiful village. Valentina & Paula are the best hostess, they made you feel as family. The Angelica Room was charming, big and confortable, with attention to detail all around.
The property is located in Levanto, with great access to train and boat for an enjoyable visit to Cinque Terre & Portovenere.
I love everything

Valentina and all the staff we met were wonderful and so helpful in all regard. We stayed in an apartment and loved having fresh coffee and all the jazz delivered each morning. I wish we could have stayed longer!
4.6
Very friendly and hospitable reception by Valentina. Great service and useful advice on visits, hiking, meals and more.
Spacious rooms, decorated in a fresh countryside look with a Victorian touch. Breakfast is the land of plenty. Pancakes, toast, fresh yoghurt, poached eggs... with love from Paula :-)
A bit remote from the centre of Levanto but a taxi ride at just 10€ and a parking card make up for that little inconvenience.

Incredible Breakfast and Hosts. Recommendations for Restaurants and sightseeings. Beautiful Jewel in Levanto.
WiFi / Internet Speed could be better.

As soon as you enter the gate, you will find yourself in a little paradise with a small but beautiful garden. The appartments are cozy, perfectly clean and fully equipped. Valentina and her crew will make sure that you feel very comfortable during your stay. The location is a little bit far off, but you could easily take a bicycle which are provided for guests. Don't miss the breakfast!

The comfort of the bedroom, the kindness and friendly welcome, the breakfast! The free bikes, coffee, water and other items at the entrance was a must! Perfect!
Next time I will book in advance to get a more sunny room

The best breakfast we have ever had! Everything very fresh and delicious. Kept us going through our hiking all day!!! And the rooms were very nice. You can tell how much care was put into every detail of the place. And we had a nice area where the owner shared Prosecco in the evenings with all the guests

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Paula’s property. She and her daughter were the most wonderful hosts; welcoming, smiling, full of recommendations and always happy to help. Happy to help, but also good at leaving us to unwind and reconnect. The highlight of our stay was definitely Paulas breakfasts served in the charming garden each morning. The property also had parking passes we could use in town as well as bikes. We would go back in a heartbeat. Or maybe we’ll try their private house on Monterosso beach, which looked incredible too.
Nothing.

Everything was absolutely perfect. I can not say enough wonderful things about our apartment, the host and the location 🖤 we're excited to come back and stay here again!

We had the most fantastic stay at Villa Valentina. The friendliest and most accomodating staff I have ever experienced and the whole property was so lovely. The highlight was the breakfast which we are still talking about 2 weeks after. We also loved the town of Levanto as a base to see Cinque Terre as it seemed a bit less touristy. Would highly recommend

The hospitality was impeccable. The staff was very helpful. The gardens were nice. The breakfasts were great. Rooms were quiet.
It was a little farther from the 'cinque terre' area and a little bit more out of town than we thought. But the train station was a 2min drive.
