Exceptional

Everything was perfect. Good location (easy to find ), water from both sides, playing place for kids, very quiet, comfortable beds.was really pleasant to stay here. On our way back after vacation we will stay here again.and of course recomend for all guests.

not as per offer, the oven was one of the key points why we choosed the apartment.

the package as shown under Booking.com wasn’t the same. Not all facilities could be used which isn’t that great.

As per description, the apartment was with an oven, BUT it wasn’t allowed to use it, because of some government restriction or landlord issues. Don’t offer if you can fulfill and take the consequences. For us it was a major topic and we would not come again.

Good

I like the location where it is along the rivers and easy to see Northern lights. We were lucky to see it. It was amazing. It was fun walking on the frozen river too. The space of this property is big enough, warm and Sauna was working good.

The shower space is a bit small and feel uncomfortable while the shower curtain stuck on the body during shower.

The location was perfect and the view stunning. The house was very nice and comfortable.

The sauna didn't work. We were so excited to do sauna every day and we didn't do even one time. We called the stuff but they never answered. Plus, the house wasn't really clean. The curtain of the douche was smelling very bad from the swet bodies of other clients that were probably doing sauna. We put it in the washing machine and when it finished and we opened the door all the water of the washing machine flowed in the bathroom and we didn't knew how to stop it. Really bad things for such an expensive stay.

Super stay

The apartment was lovely, clean, in a good location and had own sauna which was great. Lots of facilities and toasty warm. The host was always on hand as a taxi service at very reasonable rates...we had friends over at the same time that were charge 3 x as much for similar journeys.

Loved the apartments, catered for all our needs. Really a home away from home!

Was a bit far out and had to rely on taxis for transport. The property also offers a transport service which is great. Really require a car when staying there.

Very well equipped and comfortable apartments

The apartments are very well equipped, bathroom with sauna and a nice comfortable bedroom. I loved the river on the back, the view is quite nice, we could see the aurora in the sky.

Nice stay for family 😊

The apartment is good and clean. The location is good near the river side. Rooms are spacious and have all the stuff needed. The owner is nice and helpful.

No transportation available in the area except private taxi. Rental cycles are not good and not worth the money to rent.

Excellent stay in Rovaniemi

It was very nice to have a private sauna The host was super sweet and proposed us to use her boat Everything was clean and functional There was a little stock of soap for the dishwasher and the washing machine The sofa and the bed were very confortable

There is a lot of street light (not disturbing with the curtains closed) so the northern lights are more difficult to see

Excellent choice in Rovaniemi

Very convenient location if you have a car (close to both the airport and the city centre, easy to find and to park right at the entrance), the apartments are spacious and well equipped, everything is clean and new. Very quiet neighborhood with a huge terrace and river view. Sauna is easy to switch on. The price is also really friendly comparing to other options in Northern Scandinavia.

Nice place, impolite staff

Nice, roomy apartment with sauna and comfortable bed.

Staff was very unfriendly. My husband helped me to carry my luggage in and he was spending maybe 30 minutes in the apartment before he left for his flight, but already in the meanwhile host of the place rushed in to apartment to investigate if my husband was staying without paying.

A very nice and cosy house, clean, warm, good sauna, very nice was to find even a lovely sheep toy on the bed :))) A good bonus is own terrace with a wonderful view and big supermarkets in few minutes drive.

Somehow we did not manage to switch on the electric cooker, either it does not work or we are stupid xD

A delightful place with beautiful views of nature. The winter atmosphere makes you feel like you are in a magical world. Close to everything, just 15 minutes by car to the airport. Santa's village only 10 minutes drive. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. From the place you can see the northern lights. A very warm and nice apartment, the atmosphere makes you feel at home. It was a relaxing holiday. We will definitely come back there again.

Excellent get away!

Super quiet and peaceful. Perfect spot for watching the auroras, sadly it was really cloudy. This wa our second time in Rovaniemi and for sure we will come back and stay at Lomaverakit again!

It was super clean and such a quiet area. The apartments are made like "normal" homes so it's warm and cozy inside. Sauna was a huge plus and overall I was beyond happy with my stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rovaniemi.

Superb

We stayed there second time in this same year. First was in winter for 4 nights and second in the summer for 2 nights. There is all the facilities for a small family and the rate was very economical. We will surely consider it as our first option when we visit Rovaniemi again.

Easy parking, great facilities, and nice location. Playing area for kids. Value for money.

Too many mosquitoes in outside terrace. Would be good to maintain the garden by cutting grass.
