The place was adequate (for the price). There was dust on surfaces inside (ie. On tables). Felt like it hadn't been used in a while. Cups required scrubbing).
Of note: partially empty bottles and supplies were somewhat discomforting.
Vacuum, parked in the open.
The entry and yard are not private (even a walkway down the side and a privacy fence would have been helpful)

Great location, well appointed. Friendly host, offered use of bike. Need to close all blinds for complete privacy if main house in use.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this comfortable, quiet and attractive studio in historic and charming Arrowtown. The studio is located a free blocks away from the town, an easy walk to restaurants and shops. There’s a good market just two doors down. We were happy to find stunningly beautiful walking trails on both sides of the river that lead to historic sites and old settlements. It’s just a short drive to Queenstown where we met a coach for a trip to Doubtful Sound. We were fortuitously in Arrowtown when the leaves of the trees were red, yellow and orange. It was an unforgettable sight.

Perfect location, walking distance from Main Street, close to bars/restaurants, bus stop and Four Square next door and perfect little spot for the 2 of us.
Hosts excellent and were able to favour our request of an extra hour of check out, thanks so much for having us!

Excellent accommodation but with limited kitchen and cooking facilities should you want to feed yourselves.

The other house is a couple of meters away and there is a shared driveway. Lots of windows so they can see right in.

First time I took a shower, the water was not going down the drain. I had to unclog the drain, which was a bit disgusting, as there was quite a lot of hair cloging it. After I clened it, water flew perfectly down the drain. We went to have a cup of coffee and when we filled the kettle and boiled it, the water was brown when I poured it into my cup. Found out there were 4 used tea bags at the bottom of the kettle from previous guests, I'm guessing. There was no airconditioning and we had to keep curtains closed because people from main house could see us, also the neighbours house opposite and next to us.

Ideal for a couple, 50 meters from the bus stop and the only supermarket, which is handy if not wanting to eat out every meal,
Suitable for those who have daily activities out and about, very comfortable to return home to each evening with a lovely warm shower and Bed. Wake up looking out over the ranges.

Great place quiet and near enough shopping village. Right next to four square. Fantastic for tired c
Great. I’d go there again. Only suggestion: add a bowl to help with washing up.

Arrowtown Hideaway.
Lovely unit. Enjoyed sitting outside listening to the birds. A bit more bench room to prepare breakfast etc would be handy but otherwise great. We would come back. Thanks.

Nice
Nice spot, just what we needed for our short stay. Comfortable bed , but was disappointed no coffee, sugar
or milk just the empty container with the hardened dregs.
There were T-bags. We were flying so didn't want to be carting around those things in our bags.
