The rooms and the hotel are very nice and modern.
At check in the hotel staff wanted to charge me more that what the booking.con reservation said.
No smart tv for netflix at the room and the gym was ok but the machines need better maintenance.

I couldn’t stay because there was no water. I had to change to another hotel.

Staff consistently kind and exceptional room service.
Hotel Bluedoors demanded an extra 20% upon check-in, despite the confirmed total from Booking.com. This unfair overcharging left me feeling deceived and frustrated. Transparency and fairness are vital.

The room was really nice and has decent drainage. There is a big problem in colombia with drainage, especially in Medellin the water pools at your feet, but this place was good. The room I had was great, but please get more staff for the front desk since there was only one person working it and I had to wait a long time for service and questions. They helped me with hailing a taxi, since I did not have phone service which I grateful for. This is the most stressful thing in a new country when you arrive without service, the WiFi was excellent too! I can recommend this place if you're in Bogota.
The check in time says that it is 3pm, but it took them over an hour to prepare my room which was really annoying. A nice hotel like this shouldn't have people wait for the room. I also heard 'sensual' noises for half an hour from the room next door in the early hours of the morning, which I later saw labeled as a room for the staff.

nice clean room, good size washroom with high quality shower gel, shampoo, handwash, they also provide items like toothpaste/saving razor to buy in the washroom, 20 min walk to big Andino mall and the area felt safe even at night, decent breakfast with live cooking of omelette, good range of fruits, lovely staff at the restaurant
breakfast area is cramped, not enough water pressure in the shower, there was also a leak from the shower roof, street outside the hotel gets choked quite often due to roadworks at 50m, so I would generally get off the cab well before and walk

My wife and I really enjoyed and appreciated the service and comfy stay. The staff were very patient and willing to assist.I honestly went in with average expectations; surpassed my expectations entirely. Can’t wait to go back best believe we’re bringing our friends with us to stay next time.
Besides the breakfast options and the fruit was great.

it’s part of the luxury suites chain and so the suite is quite nice.. kitchen, good bathroom, good bed.
the suite, while clean and comfortable was a little austere and the engineered flooring around the sink and bathroom was suffering from its surface peeling up so that you Gad to be careful not to catch your foot on the edges. there were signs of the need for a variety of minor repairs mostly related to water damage. All these things could be easily overlooked if it weren’t for the catalyst: a particularly “tip pushy” staff member who would stand there with his handout every time he came to do his job.. That alone left me slightly disenchanted with the hotel.

the room
agá in the second Check out was very Frustrating as they try to charge me for 3 pack of I don’t know what aperitif or biscuit insisting saying I eat them and finally agree but was un respectful with me so I lost a little bit my calm such it’s the second time it happened so I decide to not going back to this hotel the reception person was not listening my version and insisted so more more stay in this hotel

The bell person Mr. Mairon who was so friendly. Hotel has a beautiful restaurant - Cornelia. Excellent ambience and excellent break fast. Restaurant Manager Mr. Guillermo Castano was very friendly and All the other restaurant staff (Chefs Mr. Isauro and Mr. Hector; Waiters: Mr. Edwin, Mr. Juan Camilo ; Waitress: Ms. Jacquelene) treated me like their own family member. Also Ms. Dayana Durango Commercial Executive. I got an opportunity to meet Corporate General Manager of Bluedoors - Ms.Angela Fonseca and she was so down to earth person. Also so many other executives, the cleaning staff and all other staff who were very generous. Self stayed here from 19th September to 28th October.
