Hôtel très agréable et très bien situé. Chambre spacieuse et bien entretenue au quotidien. Wifi ok. Climatisation ok. Insonorisation ok.

Réservations de la chambre et de la place de parking faites en janvier. Reçu confirmation pour le parking. A l’arrivée on m’annonce qu’il n’y a plus de place et que je devrais accepter un parking à l’extérieur (pour le même prix déjà exagéré de 28 euros la nuit) + la chambre avec balcon que je pensais avoir à l’étage se trouve au rez-de-chaussée ! Je proteste, évidemment. On charge le "responsable " "d' écouter " mes doléances. Celui-ci, me fait savoir avec condescendance, lorsque je lui dis qu’un balcon est normalement à l’étage 1) qu’un balcon et une terrasse, c’est la même chose (je ne maîtriserais sans doute pas la langue française ?) 2) qu’il n’y a pas possibilité d’erreur puisqu'à ce prix, "le moins cher", il n’y a que les chambres du rez-de-chaussée. Devrais-je passer sur une telle goujaterie? Où donc a-t-il fait l’école hôtelière ? ...Finalement, il a cherché une solution pour le parking et l’a trouvée ! Et la chambre s’est avérée très agréable. Beaucoup d’indélicatesse malgré tout. Heureusement, le reste du personnel était à la hauteur.

Juste un petit point sur la chambre 307 à côté des ascenseurs on entendait le bruit de ce dernier monter et descendre mais rien de très bruyant tout de même

Hotel très bien situé, au calme avec la plage très très proche

Le confort d'une chambre contemporaine, spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous avons été surclassés pour une chambre balcon vue mer, merci Booking. La chambre est bien insonorisée. L'accueil est très chaleureux. La salle des petits déjeuners est spacieuse.

Excellente nuit à l'Ibaia

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, entre le port et le front de mer. La chambre est très agréable : déco moderne, claire et cosy, équipements en parfait état, propreté irréprochable.

Je n'ai pas pu profiter du sauna car j'avais oublié mon maillot de bain ! 😒 C'est vraiment tout ce que j'ai à déplorer et ça n'a rien à voir avec la prestation de l'hôtel.

Excellent stay. Wonderful value for money.

Everything! The room with a balcony and view across pool to the boats. Separate toilet. Fabulous walk in shower. Comfortable and clean beds.

Air conditioning. Quite ferocious and cold. Could work out how to control it. Ended up turning it off and opening the window. Didn’t have breakfast as more expensive than other places.

Good car park. Recently renovated.

Never knew there was a bar or restaurant. Needed own towels for pool We thought it was beach front. But not. You have to walk around the hotel an cross a road. So poor value and high price. Bed only.

Very new property- well appointed. Miguel was super nice and informative- when we first arrived, a different person was at the main desk and knew less the surrounding restaurants- overall a great stay and a great property.

I’m sure this hotel will be great when it is fully completed but for us, we were a little disappointed. Staff were lovel

very comfortable room.

I booked this property because it had a pool and a gym. However when we arrived we were told that these facilities weren’t yet available. Whilst there was access to another gym off site I feel the property could have alerted me of this prior to our stay as I probably would have stayed elsewhere. I feel it was expensive as we paid for those facilities that were unavailable.

Great location. Parking either on site underground or in a car park opposite for same price.

Superb

My partner and little girl stayed in the two bedroom with terrace. It was superb, clean and very comfortable. We made good use of the terrace overlooking the port and The Old Town across the river. Air con was great in the heat. Staff were very helpful, and the pool was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Would have been great if there was a bar, restaurant, but no biggie for us.

Definitely worth considering particularly as Hendaye is close to the Basque countries in Spain & France.

Location. Quiet but near the beach. Easy to park underground.

The only thing justifying the price is your lack of choice ;)

Perfect location for going to the beach. Some rooms are far from the truck filled road. Having a pool is nice.

Cold reception when asking for additional towels. Lots of humidity in the room. Blood and stains on the walls (probably mosquitos but still unhygienic). Toilet seat in a barely passable state - black, mystery grime building up on uncovered hinges. No soundproofing - upstairs neighbors had a beer on their balcony but were being very respectful noise-wise. It was like we were there with them. Smoke detector plugged up from the inside with what seems like craft paper. Very concerning.

Nice big room with a veranda

Apart from breakfast no restaurants operating within hotel I presume due to lack of staff😡😡couldn’t even get a glass of ice..big disappointment. Not enough loungers around pool as hotel residents would get up early and lay towels on the loungers to book them. Parking costs were €22 per day ridiculous

Great location. we had the suite with a family of four and it was perfect. we loved the pool and the breakfast was good. appreciated the aircon in the rooms during the heat wave. undercover car park was very convenient. would come back anytime.

A very enjoyable stay in a classy hotel in very close proximity to the beach and numerous restaurants.

Very clean, quiet and air conditioned room. Easy access to beach and restaurants. Excellent breakfast. Professional and friendly staff.

Perhaps a little expensive for the solo traveller.

We were given a room that was occupied and walked in on someone. Terrible experience for both guests

The balcony of the room and the view was really nice.

The person processing our booking put us in a room where there was already someone staying. We literally walked in on someone, until we quickly realised it was occupied and left to go back to the front desk. The checkin night person did what he could to put us in another room, which was not setup as we asked, but at least we got a room. Good on him, terrible on the rest o the staff.
