The property was clean and tidy, and well maintained. Good facilities and great value for money.
George (the host) was super friendly, well-organized and very attentive. The environment was super nice, farm animals were the main attraction. Overall it was a great stay.

Perfect stop if you are heading towards Kangaroo Island. Quick 5min drive to the ferry terminal. The place is superb, very spacious living and comfy beds. It's fun to feed the friendly farm animals and the tyre swing was fun too. George is very friendly and kept in touch with me since the time I made the booking. Definitely a great place to spend a few days if you like a different yet enjoyable experience.

This site is perfect for the ferry and the animals are wonderful! It felt homey. There is only one bathroom but there is also a utility sink which we used as a second sink. It was fabulous fun! Be adventuresome and enjoy!

We were very enjoyed stay in morella farmstay. We love the animals in there, they are very friendly. We would love to come back next time 🙂

Very good hot drink selection, they even had marshmallows. Very helpful owner and the farm animals were so friendly, especially the resident fallow deer. Cheeky goats who loved pats, and very cute baby alpacas, goats and lambs.
It was convenient to have a front loader washing machine.
We were pre-warned that there would only be rainwater in the property so we purchased some drink water to make up baby bottles with. Bedrooms aren't individually air-conditioned.

Location was bit isolated , no wifi being in the country side , mobile network was not good , Guidelines were there to open to door but struggled to open the doors with almost no help

Owner’s communications is wonderful and respond quickly. All the information is very clear.
View are beautiful too
Kids friendly lots to do for the kids like swings trampoline, feed the animals
Not enough toilets for a big group of people.

Wifi is not availalble, reception is not stable.
Rain water in used, but the host proveded a 10L spring water cube.

Breakfast was meagre - farmstay should include bacon and eggs as a minimum. Very ordinary cereal, white bread (no-one likes this except children) and off the shelf toppings.
