Situated close to Winton wetlands
The bed was terribly uncomfortable
5.0
Friendly, helpful & organised staff. Reasonable price e. Convenient location.
Lack of facilities for children; ie games room or playground.
9.0
The friendly staff and their assistance.
It would be great down the track to have a unit fully wheelchair accessable .
8.0
The tourist park was very quiet; it’s location couldn’t have been more convenient; the cabin had all we needed for an overnight stay, and was easy to warm (cold nights).
Can’t offer any suggestions - we were happy with our accommodation.
8.0
Convenient
For people with a shoulder restriction - the height of shelf were jug & toaster are stored was impossible to reach- and a safety issue for those who would require to stand on a chair to reach them. Thankfully I had my own small electric jug.

It is very tidy and nice with enough kitchenware and cutleries.
One of the blankets in the family room is a bit too short. I am shorter than 160cm and not even long enough

The exhaust fan in the bathroom and the bedroom remote was dirty

Accessing accommodation
refrigerator not plugged in and no power point so we lost food as we were not aware refrigerator was not working
5.0
The layout of the cabin.
The awfull air freshener the cleaners used gave me terrible hayfever. The floor was filthy & the outside noises all night were horrendous.
9.0
pool was amazing clean and quiet park
communication was poor. emailed a couple of times before stating only to have to ring as no response. received wifi code after we left
7.0
We liked the pool.
The doors inside were broken or didn’t close properly
8.0
Considerate arrangement for late departure to catch Spirit of Tasmania

none

The room is very clean.
8.0
Close to all the shops. Kids had fun in the pool.
The area shaded with more trees would’ve been nice.
7.0
Curtains didn’t block out any sun, bed very hard.
6.0
Friendly and accommodating staff. Neat and tidy grounds. very quiet location.
cabin had water damage. I know that is tough given the floods. There were many vacant cabins around us with not one person in the deluxe cabins. It would have been easy to provide an upgrade to have a little more space with no real extra hassle for cleaning staff. This was obviously not considered for anyone else either.
7.0
It was a beautiful drive around the area and the town had what we needed. The caravan park was quiet
There were no ovens in our 3 cabins we were staying in and the camp kitchen didn't have one either so that was a let down. We had all our dinner ready to cook and no oven anywhere.
The pool was out of order.
8.0
All the best to the new management team- lovely place.
Kids playground or activity area would improve park
7.0
Comfortable beds and couches.
Clean
No mat at the door to wipe feet, and the weather was wet, resulting in dirty tracks in the cabin.
Some drapes couldn't be tied back as fabric was broken.
Fan was worthless in the bathroom, meaning nobody could use the mirror for a period of time after anyone showered.
