About this apartment rental
Enjoy all the comforts of home while being on the mountain. This spacious 1400 sq ft 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 floor condo includes all the amenities necessary for a great vacation. You'll find high speed wireless internet, a flat screen TV in all 3 bedrooms and the living room, a foosball table and a cozy gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and spices. Sleeps 8 comfortably. 100% refund on cancellations with 14 days notice.

Great property super close to everything on Tramside. Super well stocked, especially the kitchen which we appreciated...we didn't lack for anything. Would definitely recommend!

The set up of this condo was great, one of the better ski condos we have stayed at! Loved the proximity of mountain amenities. The hosts were responsive, the kitchen had everything we needed and the condo was well stocked with games.

Very convenient and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed watching snow squalls through the double height windows while relaxing on the couch after an excellent ski. Cut throat foozball tournaments!! Super convenient location, with regular shuttles to Stateside for movies, climbing gym etc... no need to use your vehicle.
Plan to stagger your showers, hot water runs out. (Had to put one critique in so this place doesn't become so popular that we can't rent it again).

Stayed here with a family of 6 to ski a few days. The unit was very clean, well stocked and in a great location with easy access to lifts, the hotel, and also had plenty of parking out front. The owner was super responsive and answered all my questions almost immediately. Definitely would recommend to others.

Did a quick little get away to ski and relax with friends and this was the perfect size for 4 adults and 3 kids (3, 10 & 12). Had a blast and will be back.

The Condo was very clean and well stocked. It is a short walk to put on your skis and ski to The Magic Carpet lift. If there was more snow it would have been easier to ski back in. Good place overall.

Ideal location to tram side, a short walk to strap click in and you can ski right back to the deck. Easy access to all things tramside, our car never moved! Pre-water park condo with plenty of touches space to tuck everybody. Really turnkey, but happened to cross paths with Ed and he was great! We’ve stayed a few times with family and will keep going back. Thanks!

Ed and Jen were great hosts. The house was conveniently located just steps away from the mountain. The house looked even better than in the photos. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect place for a group of friends to enjoying a weekend at Jay Peak. Not exactly ski in ski out because you had to take skis off to cross and road and then ski down the hill, but you can’t beat the value of this place! As many have said, even better than the pictures.

Great location, well stocked, very clean. Was our second spring trip to Jay and we made the right choice with this condo. Short walk thru the parking lot to ski down to the magic carpet at Tramside. Ski back in thru the woods below Queen's Highway. Kitchen had everything you need and plenty of it. Beds where comfortable. Short walk to the Pump House and restaurants. Everything worked. Will stay when we come back.

This is our second trip to this property and it was even more cozy than last year. It is so close to the ski slopes - just walk down! The hotel is only yards away and lots of restaurants - highly recommend !

The fireplace was beautiful, wish we had taken a family picture there. The beds were so comfy. Great location for my older son to ski out to the trail but also great for my younger son and I to walk to arcade and water park.

Perfect location. Beds were comfortable, and layout was good. Kitchen and some of the furniture could use some updates (especially the silverware drawer, be careful!). It's a great ski pad. We loved it and would definitely return. Thank you!

This location is great and was a breeze to find owing their provided directions. The host was wonderful and easy to reach. Cozy fireplace, large drop zone for ski stuff, large bedrooms, and fully stocked kitchen. We would stay again!

The place is in a great location. You can ski back to the property easily.but have to walk a little bit to ski out. The place is bigger than expected and met all our needs. The host was very helpful regarding the snow storm the day of arrival and how to navigate to the property safely.

2nd time staying here for family March skiing. Great location, walked to water park, short walk across parking to ski down to tram side lifts. Condo is clean, well stocked, owners respond quickly and was especially nice this year as they let us know when cleaners were done for early check in. Will definitely look to stay again when we go back to Jay.

For example, there are hooks on the fireplace and above heating units so that there multiple places to hang wet ski clothes to dry (plus a washer/dryer). In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there are extra beds in the two upstairs rooms plus a daybed and dresser on the landing, so plenty of places for a family to spread out and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It is a pleasure to cook in the kitchen, which is well stocked with utensils, paper goods, condiments, etc. As others have said, the photos do not do the place justice. If we return to Jay for another family vacation, we will return here!

Best stay at Jay Peak
One of the nicest places we have rented in ski resorts as a family. Location is walkable from the front door to the ski area. Condo is stocked with everything you need to bring your own food and cook. It is super clean, lots of towels and linens and blankets- we brought ours because we like to have some hominess but we didn’t need it! Place is SO homey. Owner responds in seconds anytime I had a question! Love this place …
