Disappointing.

No breakfast. Location out of town a little and on busy road corner.

Overpriced. Overrated. Needs maintenance things broken, globes missing, air conditioning didn’t work properly until morning, then only on powerful setting. No frills toiletries in bathroom appearance. Cheap feeling throughout with worn wicker chair outside on front balcony; and 2 black chairs in room better in the tip. Cushions were dull and awful. One main room light flickered badly so has to keep it turned off over main section and rely on bedside lamps all night - with heating not on either. Bathroom door had some damage and didn’t close when on toilet. Not worth $150 for a twin. Should be partially refunded by Booking.com, with such little attention to maintenance and presentation. Contact us please!! And - It’s advertised as the Quiet Motel but we were woken up early by traffic from two directions.

Exceptional

The room was bigger then most rooms I've stayed in

Unfortunately the queensize bed had a hole in the side and the spring was exposed other wise it was comfortable

Good place for us to rest and revive between family gatherings

Hotel position was just what we needed, on the edge of town with a view back to the range. Room was comfortable. Bed was good. Room was clean.

Excellent

The room was so clean and it was very big. There was everything provided in the room, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. The woman working at reception was really nice and really helpful. The stay definitely exceeded our expectation and we wish we were there for longer than 1 night.

They need to update their booklet as it staes .. breakfast included with accomodation. Some mold in shower recess

blankets in the room were old and dirty, only 1 chair to sit on out the front of the room and the restaurant wasn’t available that they advertised. room could be renovated… towel racks in bathroom was broken and there wasn’t any cable on the tv .

Staying on the outskirts of Warwick was perfect for our road-trip.

Very quiet location, basic simple facilities for a nights stay.

The dishes were not cleaned properly. All cutlery and crockery should be removed and washed properly and cleans ones provided.

very disappointed with staff and amenities, will not recommend

hot water

2 towels for 4 people, 1 teaspoon and no other cutlery, blood stain on bed sheet, mould on bathroom ceiling, stale biscuits, non welcoming or approachable staff

I would stay there again

The stay was quite & with a trailer there is an area where you can turn at the end of the motel in one go & one can park a trailer there.

I booked 3 nights & they had the booking for only 2 nights & I had to pay for the third night separately ?

we had short stay Didnt service to motel stand

good quite location and parking is good with spaces

dusty on top shelf above clothes hung and bathroom fan full dust. I put 3 people for room only get 2 cups and one bowl in single and double bed room

It was very clean and comfortable. great price and friendly staff.

a little bit of a walk out of town. But not far if you’re driving.
