Good location, bed was comfortable, large room
Over priced (£165) worth £120 per night at most. Shower pressure really low, 2 person bath is only big enough for 1 adult. Room was cold when we arrived and took a long time to warm up after turning on all the radiators, a draft comes through the balcony door.
Not enough milk in the room to have hot drinks and breakfast. Coffee machine leaked and mugs didn't fit underneath.
No staff on site! We were told we could arrive early and where to find our key, there wasn't a key there. Fortunately the door to the building was unlocked so we were able to go inside and managed to find contact numbers, although we had to go and stand on the pavement at the front to get a signal. They said they would track down the house keeper (who they insisted was in the property, the place was empty and all doors locked) and in the meantime we could leave our car there and go to the seafront and town. There are no tea or coffee facilities for guests in the communal areas.

We’re a busy family but I thought I’d treat my partner to a night away. I felt a bit emotional when I saw the room - it was absolutely wonderful and so is the owner. Friendly, welcoming - the bed was incredibly comfortable and everything felt so luxurious! Thank you for being exactly what we wanted and so much more!

We stayed in room 4 and loved our stay. The property was in such a good location, the room was lovely and clean, and there were lots of nice added touches. Breakfast was really nice and the brownies on arrival were a lovely extra.

Location, very central but tucked away. Great size room and very comfortable bed. Great to have fridge
Breakfast was nice but as there is a fridge could have been maybe better selection, possibly fruit cocktail
Room was very hot and couldn't open windows, although there was a fan.

The packed breakfast was really lovely. Very quiet area, easy to park and still a central location. Room and hotel were clean, airy and light. And facilities at the hotel were brilliant.

Hôtel location is good regardless of my opinion on Hunstanton (which is bad).
There is a Nespresso machine.
The housekeeper was lovely.
Room no5 is on the parking and its just one big window that gets natural light in the room.
If you don’t wake up at the same time as your partner expect to be blocked doing nothing in the dark.
There is no WiFi for the room and no signal so only go there if you are planning on a digital detox.
No doors to the bathroom.
Ventilation in the toilets are extremely loud and keeps on going for a while after you turn off the light.
The mini fridge made huge noises during the night, hard to fall asleep.
You can also hear people in the room upstairs:
- walking
- talking
Bonus point you can also hear when they are taking a bath.
Obviously the breakfast was not great as it’s pic nic.
Parking doesnt have enough room to park 5 cars, only 4.

Comfortable and clean room! Very homely
Staff were very rude to us upon check out. We were unaware that there was an additional charge for pets, as we didn’t not arrive at the hotel until 11pm so we collected keys from the lockbox. The lady cleaning downstairs approached us upon leaving our room and very rudely said she did not realise we had pets and we needed to pay. To which we were really apologetic as we did not realise this rule and straight the way said we would of course pay the charge. The lady was very rude taking the payment, and it put a sour taste on our stay! We would not stay here again because of the rude staff. Unfortunate end to what was a lovely stay at a lovely hotel.

Perhaps a variation in the breakfasts as it is the same thing each day.

The room was excellent, good size great facilities, great hot drink facilities with kettle & an espresso, a fridge that was very useful for the cans of drinks we took with us. The shower was great design & had a good bath in the room.
There was a slight dissatisfaction with the breakfast situation, I asked via email if it was a cooked breakfast as it says a picnic breakfast & I was told yes we do a fantastic cooked breakfast at number 55 but the wasn’t a cooked breakfast but the picnic breakfast was great!
