A thoroughly enjoyable break in what was our first visit to the area.

The location was ideal and only a few minutes walk from the seafront. Furthermore, free parking was available to the rear of the property. Hunstanton is ideally placed to visit other towns in the area. The breakfast was lovely; there was a good choice of cereals and fruit and the cooked breakfast was excellent.

Whilst this did not cause my wife and I any problems, for the benefit of other potential holiday makers I would mention that there is no lift at the property and the rooms are generally located on upper floors.

One of the best appartments we have stayed in

The property was really well equipped with everything you would need. It was one of the best appartments we have stayed in. It was Immaculate. The location was very close to local shops and the seafront. Very peaceful. Parking outside the entrance of the property

The only thing that wasn't shown on the photos was that you had an outside flight of steps to go up before also going up another flight inside. I personally found it uncomfortable as I suffer from vertigo.

Comfortable and friendly B&B

Lovely friendly B&B with very spacious room, comfortable big bed and good breakfasts. Very central to walk to all the local shops and restaurants. Friendly owners who can help with local knowledge and good comms beforehand. Parking at the back is a bonus. Recommended

Hard to criticise - pillows are a bit small and shower a bit weak (but we were on the top floor)

every thing was tip top the facility’s were good & the apartment was very clean

the amount of stairs to get to the the stairs to the apartment I have angina & had to rest when going up the second flight

A delightful gem in Norfolk

We stayed in a standard twin on the second floor. The room was nicely decorated with quality bedding and a comfy bed. There was a good selection of hot drinks and water. The bathroom was stocked with quality toiletries, thick towels and little touches such a soap, shower cap and cleansing pads. The hosts were very welcoming and we enjoyed a delicious cooked breakfast. There was plenty of fresh fruits, yogurt, cereals, toast and jams and if you didn't want a cooked breakfast there was a continental instead. There were lots of information brochures about the area and the guest house was very well located to the towns facilities and for traveling around the area. We would recommend and definitely return for another visit.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Fabulous 😊

Location is central, breakfast was delicious, host friendly and welcoming. Room had everything we needed (and more!) and was beautifully decorated. Even had milk in miniature vacuum milk churns for drinks and lovely coffee bags in our room. Fabulous stay and would recommend.

Very nice property in an out of the way seaside on "The Wash"

Very nice house on a quiet street near the town square. Room booked was very spacious. It was not the lowest price room available. Very nice breakfast included that was served by the host and his wife. You could not ask for a nicer breakfast or service.

The cost of this stay was on the high side relative to the location. We spent as much on accommodations in Cambridge. This property is top of the line relative to what I think you could spend locally and still get reasonable accommodations.

A great find!

A great cooked breakfast and happy to accommodate requests. Beautifully cooked, fresh and hot. Room was lovely, spacious and well appointed with lovely thoughtful touches.

Great stay

Nice clean and friendly environment and location. Well situated to the town centre and not far from the beach. Staff were polite and managed to keep the place looking fresh and light. Good variety (and size) of breakfast offered.

It would have been nice to have had more electrical sockets or even sockets with built in USB ports. Fortunately we were fine but someone with plenty of devices may struggle or swap devices. This is not a problem for us, but at a later date when we go fully to electric cars there is no way to charge your car, but maybe an option to have a short charge of 1 or 2 hours included in the cost of stay (with charging hours booked with the 'Ellinbrook' in advance) that may help range anxiety.

Relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable

We stayed at 'Daisy' appartment, it was spacious, well equiped and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable ad we got an excellent nights sleep.

Superb stay and would highly recommend

Lovely location, convenient for everything. Helpful hosts. Breakfast good and plentiful. Room clean and bed very comfy. Bathroom very clean.

Everything was fine other than shower wash/shampoo difficult to access as high up in shower cubicle.

Richard was Friendly and helpful. Great Location. Parking. Good value and excellent breakfast. Nice Twin room and en-suite.

Fantastic stay

The apartment was beautiful and more equipped than I would have thought possible. Location was great, sea view from our living room!! Thoroughly enjoyed staying there!! Also the parking for the apartment was off the street and out of view of street.

Beautiful flat

What a beautiful lovely flat right in the middle of Hunstanton. Was nice and clean and great location. Even better is that I asked my girlfriend to marry me and she said yes. So this lovely flat will forever be in our memories.

Lovely stay, could of stayed longer, lots to see and do in the area. We will be back

A delicious cooked breakfast served both mornings and my husband really enjoyed the homemade muesli. Rooms spacious and well cared for. From the side view of our window we could see the sea which was really nice.

Nothing that I did not like. I am not particularly tall and I found it a little difficult to reach and press down on the toiletries dispensers. Lovely products though ... worth the stretch :). Not sure I can call that a dislike!

Charming friendly welcoming service and comfy beds

Breakfast was v good (although tinned fruit option seemed a little old fashioned on list) but fresh fruit was available and an impressive amount of cereals Very clean and good shower and free shampoo conditioner and speedy room refresh whilst at breakfast and check in instructions for after midnight very helpful

Can’t think of much as had everything you needed - only dressing gowns slippers and decaf tea and coffee are all I could think of
