It’s nice!

The location and the staff!

The parking was awful due to other guests taking up two places rather then one. Not the hotels problem but if you can not park in a under garage, don’t stay here.

Staff was nice, the only good thing about it

Room booked to stay with a dog not possible to have, instead sub-standard room given, with damaged wall paper, half- refurbished. Dishes that were cooked and supposed to be warm during breakfast were cold, trays were extremely dirty

Strong smell in the room upon arrival/ left with the smell of the previous client. No possibility to open a window. No air conditioning. The entire hotel requires a much needed refurbishment . Bad service in the restaurant.

Great hotel, make sure to have a swimsuit with you if you want to go to the sauna

Great hotel in general, nice rooms and amazing location.

I booked this hotel specifically because they had a sauna, only to find out that you need a swimsuit to enter it. This is a weird policy I might maybe expect somewhere in central Europe but have never seen in these latitudes and thus was not prepared for. This completely ruined my stay, but I did not let this influence the review too much since it's probably not a big deal for most visitors.

TV started to work by itself in the middle of the night (02:30 hr), twice. After the second time, I pulled out the plug, but by then I could not sleep anymore, as there was also a loud party in the room above mine. When I tried to call the reception, it turned out the phone was not working.

Close to the city center, that it had a small spa, friendly staff

The interior design of the room felt a bit outdated, the pillows were not comfortable, the wifi didn’t work properly, the lights in the sauna didn’t work, the spa area needs an upgrade.

Great hotel with delicious breakfast and SPA

- early check-in - good spacious room - helpful staff - wonderful breakfast: good variety of food in the buffet - SPA in the hotel - there is the Coop shop next to the hotel and a lot of restaurants

- a bit cold in the room - a hairdryer could be better (with the cold air etc.) - one shower in the SPA appeared not to be working

Great stuff, great location, very good hotel

Very close to train station and to everything in town. The breakfast was very good and the stuff was always trying to help you. The room was big enough with a great view out to the street. The food in the restaurants is good, but you have to take into account the opening hours.

Home away from home with a luxurious twist!

The staff at this hotel are so friendly and welcoming you could mistake them for being old time friends! Lovely place to stay with Co-op just next door. Dinner and breakfasts are superb- plenty to choose from the breakfast buffet including cheeses and fresh smoked salmon! We always stay here when we visit the lovely Lulea :)

Exceptional

Location of the hotel is in the center of the town, easy approachable from Kallax airport with local traffic. We've got great value for the money which included pleasant and helpfull staff, awesome breakfast, clean rooms and easy access to jacuzzi and sauna.

The menu of hotel's trattoria could be more creative and extended.
