We stayed here because of the hotel's proximity to the Cu Chi Tunnels (which indeed was great).
The hotel resort has done really well in creating a beautiful surrounding and we loved the pool area. There are animals all over: peacocks, goats, swans, birds, which we also loved. Into sports?
You'll feel like you're on a French campsite: you can play jeux de boules, table tennis, table football, volleybal, soccer, pool/biljart and all kinds of board games. But also the breakfast and dinner buffet will make you say 'vive la France': french cheeses, baguettes, duck, all was nice and good value for money.
Lastly, the staff are all really friendly: Ms Jane from the reception and also everyone at the restaurant: hospitable and even speaking good English and French!
We already read it in the reviews: it feels a bit like you've entered a retirement home, as many elderly Vietnamese are spending their holiday here. But we actually really liked it (for a short stay). Over half of the guests are 60+ and you'll see early mornings with senior yoga/work-outs and walkers everywhere.
Despite the surroundings looking nice, the apartments were definitely in need of some tender, love and care.

Staff really friendly and helpful
The room is small and old, the water is quite weak
The owner is quite picky and rude and screams at the customer for dropping the billiard ball.

Big room, cheap
Upgraded our room but made us pay for the upgrade

The hotel is located on spacious grounds with impeccable landscaping and gardening. Since it is well off from the main highway, it has an eminently peaceful atmosphere. At night you can hear the sounds of the local fauna, which in itself adds an air of tranquility. The staff here were very courteous and professional, and interactions with the owners was always very pleasant and friendly. The buffet style dining was excellent.
The very quality that makes this hotel so appealing, it’s relatively remote, rural location, is, arguably, its biggest drawback. If you like the hustle and bustle of city life, along with copious amounts of noise, this place probably isn’t for you. Its remote location also means that dining choices are limited. The hotel buffet restaurant, while excellent, had limited choices of Vietnamese and European dishes.

What a lovely place! The generously kind host ("Jane" Nguyen) was helpful, friendly, and very accommodating ... For non-locals, English language was workable (and I think French amongst others) ... Grounds were absolutely beautiful, with plenty of animals from black swans, to white peacocks and more roaming freely ... Pool is massive (saltwater) and clean ... Rooms were large, well kept and comfy ... Only wish we could've stayed longer, and may consider their "off-menu" retirement package in the future! p.s. super-pet friendly
While it did have great value for what you get, there aren't really any nearby F&B options if you're not keen on the lunch/dinner buffet accommodations ... Hard to find anything wrong with this place, much larger than imagined.

The breakfast is gorgeous. There are many beautiful trees, lotus ponds in resort. I like 2 couple of swans the best: one white couple and one black couple. Meals are taste and healthy, I like boiled vegetables and homemade jams.

peaceful and relaxing
everything was very good

It is a beautiful place, the garden is exceptional, the owners are absolutely amazing, the staff supper helpful and friendly. The owners make you feel at home and special. They are around, make friendly conversations with the guests, share knowledge about the garden and animals. It feels like a home away from home, incredibly peaceful. The best place to recharge.

The surroundings are so beautiful and well maintained, and the swimming pool area is fantastic. I loved how all of the animals were roaming around happily, and I felt very relaxed. The rooms are more modern than in the photos, and I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities.
The meals over the weekend are buffet style. Although the food was good, the price was too high for what you get. Either there should be more variety or lower cost.

Only 90 minutes from Ho Chi Minh City.
Highly recommended. Friendly staff, huge grounds to walk and explore. Excellent swimming pool for adults and children. Very tasty buffet food which the children enjoyed too.

All good!
Beautiful pool area surrounded by greenery.
So nice to be able to escape the busy city for a weekend in the paddy fields.
Simple but lovely.

I enjoyed my stay. Especially the peace you get there. It has a lovely atmosphere and the people are very nice. The food is very good and it is the perfect place to practice your French, because you're surrounded by French speakers, though communicating in English is not a problem.
It is good to keep in mind that you are still in Vietnam, so there are mosquitoes, it is likely to be hot and, though there's everything you need, the rooms can seem a bit basic.

The grounds were spectacular. Very beautiful. Immaculately maintained. Breakfast was a very nice buffet. Free bicycles to use, great to get around on and venture into town or sight see the country roadside.
Meals were 250,000. Vnd
This would have been good value for money if included in the overall costs. But expensive to eat in for every meal. Rooms were expensive considering their simplicity. Hard beds and pillow. No extra towels for swimming. No hair dryer. No umbrella (it was wet season when I was there). No robes ... just the basics.

environmental facility, a lot of animals... very nice gardens and lakes, supportive staff, good food varieties
AC in room C1, it was "working" but it was not possible to do proper AC setup
4.3
Beautiful gardens, nice pool, petanque court, the feeling of space. An interesting idea to link a retirement home with a hotel.
Rooms were fairly basic, and without much charm. The evening buffet food was very bland.

This resort is perfect for a weekend break from HCMC. It’s the most beautiful place to stay, the gardens/grounds are stunning and the pool is huge and backs onto the green fields. You feel totally relaxed when you arrive till the minute you leave. Food is divine too.
No negatives.

Great base for cu chi tunnels or escaping the city
Friendly staff
easy use of moped
Pool was large and perfect temperature
