La beauté de la chambre qui donne sur la vallée mais cela s’arrête là !
Un accueil froid fait par un personnel plutôt rude ! La restauration vraiment pas à la hauteur de ce qu’on peut lire dans les commentaires !

The view. the staff were really nice, friendly and helpful. The free water from the water fountains.
I think if you can afford the delux room then this property would be okay but if you don’t get the delux room you are paying quite a bit of money for basically a hostel with a view. The shared female toilet door did not have a lock. There was no hand soap. The room was dusty and had ants. The beds were very noisey as well as the air conditioning. Breakfast isn’t great. Dinner is expensive 15JD per person but it is hard to get any information about where else to eat. The balcony also had not been cleaned - cigarette butts and the furniture outside was falling apart.

Stunning property - great views / location and staff

The staff was very accommodating and helpful.
Everything was memorable.

Great location and architecture of the accommodation.
Nice dinner as well.
Very lousy hygiene, bathroom could've used some cleaning, as well as the room.

Top location in the Dana village.
This is the most famous place to stay and white beneficiate the monopoly of the place as this property looks more like a hotel.
The room are big and the VIEW is the INCREDIBLE!!! Little bonus for the view from the shower.
There is also a very nice balcony from the main restaurant to enjoy the sunset.
Good and spacious room, with all amenities included such as toiletries, towel, kettle, tea, coffee and you can refill your bottle of water from the self served bottle tank.
Bathroom: toiletries provided, towels and good hot water with pressure which is a highlight when you go to Dana like us in December.
Lovely staff, very friendly, with a good English.
Too expensive for what is it to be honest.... The room is over 100JOD with breakfast included.
Dinner was a buffet with a good selection of food but quality is average for the price.
Breakfast was way too basic.....
There are more less famous places out there for cheaper and better value for Money ( Dana sunset camp for example was our best stay in Jordan thanks to the staff and the quality of the food for the cheap price)

The view and the balcony were incredible.
I transferred my luggage to Feynan while I walked, which cost 53JD. I got talking to another group while walking, who had also transferred their luggage at the same time. My luggage was taken with theirs in the same vehicle, so being charged separately felt like a bit of a fleece, as with a lot of things in Jordan, sadly. Shame the hotel didn't split the actual cost of transfers between guests rather than charging everyone separately.

When traveling to Dana guest house, the only thing you are paying for is the view. It is amazing and the sunset was spectacular. The beds were really comfortable and the staff were very friendly.
Before departing, I was in contact with a dana representative on booking.com chat in regards to booking a wadi trip. I asked about booking the trip before arriving to ensure we didn't miss out. He assured me that it was easily booked at the reception. Just to confirm I asked if it would be okay to book at reception if we were arriving late and again he assured me it was fine, however on arrival it was too late to book a wadi trip. We also specifically mentioned in our booking comments to have a double bed. On arrival the only room left was two single beds and the staff weren't able to do anything about it. Sleeping conditions weren't great due to only having a wall fan to combat the hot climate. Lastly the breakfast experience was terrible. There was minimal food, the staff were really rude about making more food and only provided us with a minimal amount. Booking Wadi Ghwir through the guest house was double the price of what the other local hotels offered and that was after a huge discount.

Food was great. Staff was friendly. Views are amazing.
The guides are really expensive. The guides tours are far too short for the money. Also, there was consistent slamming and furniture moving during the night and we couldn’t sleep well. The slamming sounded like a door, though staff insisted it was a window being affected by the wind. Either way, it needs to be resolved.
The furniture dragging also needs to be resolved. Buy some felt pads. They are fairly cheap.

All rooms have a balcony with an incredible view.
Peaceful place with many great hikes at your doorstep.
Spacious and clean rooms.
The shower had no hot water for 2 out of 3 nights.
Dinner was an optional extra but overcharged for what it was.
