Þægilegt

Snyrtilegt og þægilegt. Hljóðlátt. Heimilislegt. Alltaf nóg af vatni. Gott WiFi og hægt að horfa á sjónvarpið í góðum gæðum.

Blöndunartækin bæði í eldhúsi og baðherbergi eru ómöguleg. Vatn spillist um allt og flæðir um allt borðið. Lyftan í byggingunni er ansi hæg en ekkert vandamál.

Gerne wieder

Kaffee und Tee zubereiten, war alles schon vorbereitet. Der Service im Office war auch gut und freundlich, alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden. Die Lage des Wohnkomplexes ist ruhig und gut mit Bus und Bahn erreichbar.

Behaglich, sauber, zum Wohlfühlen.

Die Lage, die Gemütlichkeit und Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung und Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Ein klein wenig störend war die Hellhörigkeit; Geräusche (vor allem Spülung, laufendes Wasser) wurden durch das Rohrsystem übertragen. Die Dekokissen waren ein klein wenig abgenutzt.

Todo, perfecto para 4 personas, las camas eran comodas y el sofa cama tambien. A 5min caminando de la estacion de tren.

Las almohadas son muy incomodas.

Staff was great. My first room had spotty internet and they were very good about moving me to another room where internet was good. (This is an old building with thick walls so internet is not but good news is you don't hear neighbors.)

Very Pleasant Studio Stay.

Very clean, comfortable, and good facilities. A very pleasant stay in a well equiped Studio. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I couldn't really fault it. The location is a good 30 minutes walk from the Centre, but public transport is close by.

A lovely neighbourhood and comfortable accomodation.

The apartment was well appointed and offered us everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was in a lovely, quiet location and an easy, short walk through tree lined avenues to the lake.

Overall we had a really nice stay.

I liked the way the studio was furnished, loved the bathroom and kitchen design! Location is great, at the very end of a quiet leafy street. Would definitely return.

It would be nice to have some milk in the fridge at arrival since you offer tea and coffee...

A very comfortable loft room with everything you need and nothing to worry about.

Quiet and green location. Room at 5th floor was very convenient and cozy.

Somebody can clean the windows from time to time.. :)

very nice comfy rooms and staff is always friendly. I stay here regularly and really love this hotel. great location too in beautiful neighborhood. close to Ubahn.

Fantastic, would recommend and would stay again.

As advertised, large studio room with well equipped kitchen and large shower room. Shower was amazing, large and powerful. Reception staff spoke good english and very helpful. Email communications prior to stay excellent.

There wasn't an oven in the kitchen. No other negatives apart from that .

Excellent and Relaxing!

The room is of good size and laid out well. The kitchenette is well equipped. The bathroom has all amenities needed. My room had a great view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Superb neighborhood and close to Grocery Stores and Shopping.

My room was on the top floor and it will be warmer than lower floors, especially on warmer days or during the summer. The room provides a fan, but no Air Condition. If you tend to be a person on the "warmer" side, I would recommend staying on a lower floor during the summer time.

Pleasurable stay 5 stars !

Everything was exceptional! Always clean tidy and organised! I definitely recommend for everyone that wants a place to feel like home . The staff are friendly and helpful!

Very spacious little apartment. Loved the free water and tea. There was a hairdryer and shampoo and shower gel.

Not a fan of the fact that the light in the bathroom cannot be switched off manually. This way, it stays on for much longer than needed which is particularly annoying in the evening. It's impossible to keep the sink counter dry. If a bit of water splashes onto it it doesn't dry easily.

Great location, easy to get to from HAM airport, a 5 minute walk from HVV transit, grocery and drug stores, gym, restaurants and retail shoppes very close ! I found our superior room to be clean upon arrival and was very, very quiet entire stay ! Reception staff Kai and Sonia were very friendly and helpful with any questions/requests I had ! Very happy with my stay @ Apartment040 and would definitely stay again !

A few more cooking / kitchen items would have been great ! Like a teapot, definitely a non-stick fry pan or 2 and few more cooking utensils so wouldn't have to keep on washing cooking utensils while cooking up breakfasts.
