Fine hotel with a cozy athmosphere, friendly staff. Nice and calm neigbourhood.

Great location near the train station and walking distance from Jungfernstieg, Rathaus, etc.
Staff was very friendly.
The breakfast they provide is delicious.
My room was very small, but clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The room was a little quirky (shower in the room), but that didn’t bother me at all.

Location, the hotel is situated in a quite area, a 5 min walk from the train station, and 10 min walk from the city, the room we got was very spacious.
The toilet was rather small, and the room was facing back yard. No hotel parking, which means additional 11 euros per day if arriving by car. Only one room key, which you needed to get instruction how to use it to avoid activating the fire alarm. In general, the service and comfort in German hotels is definetly not keeping up with the rising prices.

Staff nice and helpful.
Abundant breakfast.
Location very close from Dammtor station and within walking distance to Town hall (I'm a good Walker)
Hotel is part of the 4th floor of a building that has been partitioned into 8 hotels (or so).
Building has wooden floors, so it creaks at every footstep even when trying to sleep and somebody walks in the corridor.
My single room was like a prison cell and would be illegal in Italy. Sink and shower in the same room of the bed, fortunately wc was separated. Photo of that room was clearly not shown on Booking.

It's in the center and easy to reach. Staff is friendly and the room had a nice view. Overall experience was good.
Breakfast menu could be more variable each day.

Nice location, we liked the style of the hotel.
Good breakfast.

The staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was adequate. The wifi worked perfectly.
One can hear the voices of other guests (both that are in the hallway and the adjacent rooms). The wooden floor is also quite noisy (you can also hear the steps of the neighbouring guests).

The staff was very friendly, the location was good and the rooms were clean and big enough to leave the luggage open.
The bathroom was a bit on the small side, especially for tall persons.

After sleeping one night in a room without views they gave us a better room for the same price. Breakfast is good, and the personnel is very kind.
4.0
Cleanliness and location. Attentive personnel.
Toilet weirdly integrated in the room. Breakfast could be more varied.

Staff in general very nice. Good location
I had the audacity to accidentally lose my room key. The owner got very upset with this and wanted to charge me €90 to replace it.

Good location next to Dammtor station. Clean facilities.
I found it expensive for what it is.

Noise of flushing water next room was quite loud.

Breakfast options were limited for Vegans, but was happy with the almond milk. It would be great if there's soy milk in the future. The lady at the reception was very helpful and kind. The location is very good (Dammtorr is one stop away from the central station).
Much better vegan options could be considered in the future. I couldn't get hot water in the shower late at night..
3.5
Small room is really small
Good location, simple, clean, friendly stuff... Breakfast is great!
