We stay here on a regular basis due to location , cleanliness and we can take our dogs its always quiet and the staff are lovely we wouldnt stay anywhere else in Hervey Bay !
Walls are thin due to dog friendly cabins being next to each other , TV next door usually disturbs us if up loud late at night but we understand thats just the luck of the draw !

Lady at reception was lovely, very helpful.
Tha cabin was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The park facilities were good and not too far from the beach. Highly recommend!
We were happy with everything ☺️

Cabin clean, bed comfy and the fact that dogs/pets were allowed was a bonus.
Tourist information eg brochures on Fraser Island and other sites to visit for the first time holiday maker.

still trying to sort out a double payment issue the property said they couldn’t do anything and Booking.com has been about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike
still waiting on a return of the $338 extra payment made and still no worthwhile response from booking.com. the property has said they can’t help

The villa was very clean, double bed with 2 bunk singles. A small entry verandah. Tea, coffee, biscuits supplied. Our small dog was happy to sleep in his own bed on the floor. A short walk to a grass area where all the dogs can have a walk and do their business, its excellent. The park was quite and very good security.
Nothing, it was what we were looking for.

Great location, close to all the places we wanted to see. Pet-friendly cabin was in a quiet area of the park, the cabin had all the facilities we required. Comfortable and clean. The Park staff were very welcoming and helpful. Also loved the travel pack that was presented on the key return. Fantastic idea.
Leaving!

Helpful staff and comfy bed.
No complaints.

Good parking
Small park was not crowded.
The attempt to make two accomodation units out of one resulted in poor sound/privacy issues.Noisy at the slightest movement. The divided wall was pathetic.Slamming doors.Hearing neighbours conversation.
Hot water took over 1 min to reach the room.Floor tiles in wet area were cracked ,loose and sharp.
Could smell canibus smoke form next unit wafting down from roof cavity vent.
No way worth $130/night
