Beautiful place. Hervey Bay is a lovely town.

Well equipped, lots of storage. Bed very comfortable, shower great. The balcony was a terrific size with a wonderful view

The check in was terrible. An email advised us to go to the back where we would be met. No one there. The phone only had recorded options to leave messages. No option to speak to someone. A resident suggested a mobile number which was the 'out of hours' contact. Finally the 'caretaker' answered & was surprised we hadn't received an sms. He advised how to retrieve the keys.

A great ocean side apartment with amazing views.

Location and ocean views! Good sized pool.

Lack of comfortable outdoor furniture. No outdoor dining table/chairs. Uncomfortable lounge chairs. Esplanade road quite busy.

It is ok for short stay!

Location was fantastic, on the quiet end of Esplanade directly opposite to ocean.

There is NO Wifi during our stay (Thursday and Friday nights).

Very poor

The drains stank in the apartment couldn't use the second bathroom as the drain stank gagging type. Also, when my husband was sitting on outside balcony a lot of dirty water gushed out of floor drain, he just missed getting wet. Water didn't go away so couldn't use balcony. Also, the owner had placed bark in with plastic plants pot plants which had us sneezing and eyes watering all dusty moved them into 2nd bedroom. Mattress was awful fell into center. Sheets had like moth holes in them. Paid $2043 for accommodation for 7 nights. No stove only convection oven also all pots etc. all mixed up cupboard contents needed a good tidying up. Nowhere to put food just a very small triangle corner of one cupboard rest taken up with stuff left by owner. No inside lift for building so going to lift to car park in rain got wet. Didn't mention this on brochure.

Secure apartments located across the road from the water and close to playgrounds.

- Good location overlooking the water - Park nearby for the kids to play in - Secure premises

- Pool was too cold for the kids to swim - Bed bugs in one of the room we slept in made for an uncomfortable sleep - One of the residents or other guests took our kids beach towel from the pool area which we could see hanging on their balcony

Excellent location, clean and tidy! Ann was so welcoming and the communication through the booking, check in and check out process was easy. Highly recommend.

what an absolutely delightful place to stay. spotlessly clean, modern and spacious with a lovely view from the large deck which also had a barbecue. Big thanks to the manager and his lovely wife for our stay. highly recommend this property in Hervey Bay.
