The staff and the level of customer service were exceptional. They were extremely accommodating and responsive with requests and made it feel like anything was possible. The views are unbeatable and by comparison to other properties I believe this one was well positioned to for walking to restaurants, shops and the beach. The finishes in the rooms were very nice. The AC worked very well which cannot be said for most hotels.

The breakfast was amazing! Anything you wanted brought to your terrace. Beautiful view of the ocean. Friendly staff.
The lighting in the bathroom was dark. Maybe add a mirror where there is some natural light.

Beautiful hotel and pool, excellent food and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early and went out to the pool which had stunning views of Positano. Recommended restaurant by the hotel was wonderful too with a shuttle service. We used the hotel boat hire for a wonderful day on the water - all very easy to arrange.
Nothing really - it is expensive but you do get amazing service and location in return. Please note lots of stairs (as is the same for all of Positano!)

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment/villa, no need for stairs direct access from the road. Amazing location and breathtaking view. The place is well furnished (very new), we even had a small kitchenette and a refrigerator (not a minibar). Can’t say enough about the staff they were super attentive and helpful in every mean. They placed an I phone in the villa for easy communication to the reception (via WhatsApp) for the guest enquiries or room service. We had our breakfast at their restaurant (much recommended ) the view is incredible. I liked everything about this place and will definitely visit if I’m back.
Everything was perfect

Beautiful place in a beautiful village. We loved the view and the proximity to the bars, resataurants etc. Amazing service from the personel, including vallet parking
We found it really too expensive. But, Positano is expensive overall, not sure how much more cost effective options you can find. Also not sure if Positano is worth to be so expensive, there are similar interesting places in other south europe countries with lower prices.

The views from the room were beautiful of positano.
The hotel is a bit outdated for the price paid. Many of the 4 star hotels have similar amenities and are priced slightly cheaper.

The morning breakfast which we ordered each day was outstanding and delivered to our room at the time requested. Our room was amazing and view of Positano and the water were breathtaking! We definitely had the holiday of a lifetime and were sad to leave!

I liked the phantastic private terrace with view and the breakfast served in the room. The room was spacious and had very nice design. The toilet was with remote control like the ones you see when you go to Japan, that was an interesting feature to explore for the kids. I liked the location, which was perfect and the very friendly service. There was a private sauna in our room which we didn't use but was a nice feature. The logistics are very well organised with valet parking and with staff that helps with the suitcases at arrival which help a lot due to the Positano numerous stairs. Also we had to leave one day earlier due to an emergency and they were supernice to return the full fee for that night.
The mattress of the bed was not great and the windows were not well covered so we would wake up very early in the morning due to the light. Also the bathroom furniture and sink were beautiful but not very comfortable to use.

Amazing staff - so helpful and friendly. It was a joy seeing them every morning
Concierge is phenomenal - on hand 24-7 and being able to talk to them through WhatsApp was so convenient. Everyone should do it!
Lovely food and a real sense of being pampered
170 euros per 1 hour massage is way too much!
While most of their restaurant recommendations were great, their last one was a miss (le tre sorelle)

I would’ve appreciated a tour of the property.

the property was absolutely beautiful. amazing local and the staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful
we had high hopes for this portion of our trip. splurged on the nicest room for our 1 year anniversary. Unfortunately our room came without hot water and water pressure. The staff did work to correct this and thankfully this was fixed but unfortunately it was time for us to check out.

Exceptional on every single front, the attention to detail here is very impressive. The location and views are stunning, the staff is incredible - professional, go above and beyond in doing their jobs, and with a smile. The suites are beautifully designed and equipped with everything you would expect for this price range. Their restaurant Luna is brilliant, fresh ingredients and well crafted dishes. A few highlights and things we really appreciated during our stay
- The iPhone concierge service is a game changer, especially for those who visit from another country, and makes interacting with their staff for everything from dinner reservations to room service so easy
- They take care of all your dinner reservations for you, and have great relationships and contacts at every single restaurant in town
- There are excellent room service menu options 24*7, so we were never stressed about not being able to order a snack at any time of the day
- We stayed in a King Suite that had the most stunning views, and worth every penny. We had breakfast on our balcony every single day, and combination of the delicious and healthy breakfast and the view is beyond memorable
- The water, which they delivered in carafes at just the right temperature every time we needed hydration - which was a lot given all the exercise walking up and down the Positano stairs
- Valentina at Luna and Aniello were folks on staff that we interacted the most with, and they were both such a joy. It's evident that the owners of Villa Magia take care of their staff and value them, that shows in how they go about their work and interact with their customers.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The staff was personable but gave us space, the facilities were incredibly clean and the food was some of the best we had in Italy. The views were worth every penny. It is a decent walk down many, many steps but I wouldn't have picked any other hotel and we will definitely be back!
