The hosts are fabulous people and very helpful with tips on getting to and fro. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable , ours had a private balcony . They are very well serviced everyday. The breakfast is plentiful and fresh coffee is made for you.

Nice breakfast
Hard to communicate once you are there. Small family run business.

beautiful authentic Italian property, felt like a cosy home. The staff was so welcoming and loving. felt very safe and welcome.
everything was great
7.0 / 10.0
The staff were very helpful and cooperative, except for one man who misguided us about the direction and made us climb 350 stairs.
However the lady, who was the owners daughter was super. I had bungled with the dates, but we were still given a room. It was in fact an apartment.
The location was quite far from the centre. The distance does not consider the height.
You need to take the bus to avoid the climb.

Cute location away from the main touristy part of Positano and brilliantly located above less touristy beach. Coffee and breakfast in the morning allows you to sit in the sunrise and look out to the hills and coastline, with a couple of cat friends to keep you company. Room decor was authentic Italian and the quality was great, the staff were very attentive.
Parking - this was quite costly as there's only really pay and display bays or car parks further away. We managed to avoid getting parking tickets from the nearby bays but it was a risk!

spacious room; beautiful private balcony and view; amazing included breakfast; communicative staff

Breakfast terrace was amazing and open throughout day and night.
They need more information about how to physically get to the hotel from
either the dock or the SITA bus station. We walked with heavy luggage
for an hour straight down 100s of stairs... NOT FUN! Best to take a taxi
or hire a "porter" - do not try to walk it!

Great location. Stairs are expected in Positano, and here wasn’t too bad. The owners were nice, and offered assistance when needed. The breakfast was wonderful, cappuccino were great, and plenty of selections. 2 different beach locations to choose from, and multiple restaurants near by, very clean, with great views.

Basic but very nice hotel, had all the essentials and the breakfast was lovely. Try the Ciambella cake, it’s delicious!
The steps in and out (but that’s just Positano, don’t visit if you’re not prepared to walk up and down a lot of steps!)

Loved the property and the room. The owner was extremely flexible and allowed me to add an extra night during the busy peak season without any issues. Lovely breakfast. All in all, a great stay at Casa Teresa. Would definitely recommend. The host goes above an beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay.
So many steps :P . But that just comes with staying in Positano. Casa Teresa is very well located near the main road, and restaurants..

The owner Enzo was very helpful and accommodating. He offered so much information regarding travel to the property, local amenities and beaches. The breakfast on the terrace was so pleasant looking at the sunrise.

Location was amazing. The terrace overlooked the water below and the balcony to our room had a great view of the hills of Positano along with the beach below. Enzo and the rest of the staff were very professional and accommodating.

Everything was good
Is just a suggestion. it would’ve been good to have at least a free bottle of water in the room after those long walks.

Response to the accommodation's response:
Since I can't reply to your answer below the post, I'll write here.
I have not lied, everything written is the truth. The pictures I added to my review speak for themselves!
Looking at your lower score reviews, if anyone has dared to say anything bad about your accommodation you have denied. You have responded to all customers who put lower score in very unpleasant and arrogant manner. I think that says it all about the owners of this property and the "hotel".
Sorry, but I really thought the breakfast was poor, I have visited many different hotels, including near positano, so I know exactly what I'm talking about. So you can't decide for me whether I liked it or not!
Also, towels and shower heads(look at the pictures what i have made) should not be dirty in any hotel, it is really unacceptable and disgusting.
There is also ants problem, reading the feedback of other visitors, is there same problem that ants are climbing everywhere in the room. I'm not the only one sayin this, so to say we ate sweets in the room is extremely unethical of a property even if we did.
We are very disappointed for the accommodation. Ants live both on the balcony and in the room, they even moved in bed. The towels in the bathroom were dirty. The shower heads were dirty, uncleaned and discusting. Extra money was asked for the child, but we haved booked a triple room, and not even a towel was brought for child. Didn't like the breakfast. The food was stale and the selection poor. In the breakfast room the curtain rod was broken and fallen down and the curtain was floating there. Water was chargeable.
Getting to the accommodation was difficult, the location is very far from the main street and you have to walk up and down the stairs with your suitcases.
Our stay in Positano was disturbed by this overnight stay and we could not enjoy it. Would not stay in this accommodation never again and not recommend it to others either.
It is not worth 8,8 stars like Booking, rather, this place was worth 3points. It was old fashioned, expired and not worth the price.

The view from our balcony was beautiful.
The breakfast was very poor, only sweet products such as doughnuts and croissants, no omelets or vegetables.

Location was close to several restaurants
Ants everywhere in room. Door to room difficult to unlock using key from inside. Private balcony was separated from the breakfast room with a curtain and didn’t feel private.

The hotel is amazing! The rooms are gorgeous, it has a terrace with a beautiful view. Our room had sea view and was really quiet and perfect for relaxing. Our favorite part of the stay was the breakfast in the terrace, it is delicious with many sweet options, coffees and also salty stuff. You have to walk trough stairs 15-20 minutes to get to the hotel but every hotel in Positano is the same walk...
Definitely recommend this hotel, loved it!
